مجله اخلاق زیستی- علمی پژوهشی
اخلاق زیستی حوزه مطالعاتي است كه چالشهای اخلاقي ناشي از بكارگيری ابداعات و نوآوريی های علوم زيستي و پزشكي را در فضايي ميان رشتهای به طور نظاممند مورد بررسي قرار داده، و به تنظيم و تنسيق روابط ميان فنّاوريی های نوين زيستي و نظام رفتاری انسان ميپردازد و بايدهای موجد در اين حوزه را سامان ميبخشد. قلمروی اخلاق زيستی، مطالعه و ارزيابي نحوه تقابل آثار و پيامدهای به كاربستن فنّاوريی های جديد زيست پزشكي در زندگي بشری را با اصول و معيارهای اخلاقي در بر ميگيرد. اين فنّاوری ها و پيشرفتها كه قلمرو و موضوعات اخلاق زيستي را تشكيل ميدهند در چهار حوزه اصلي قابل طبقهبندی هستند:
فنّاوری های حافظ حيات در آغاز و انجام زندگي، فنّاوری های تشديدكنندهی حيات برای اصلاح كيفيت زندگي، فنّاوری های توليد مثل و به ويژه شبيه سازی، فنّاوريی های مرتبط با مهندسيِ ژنتيك، ژن درماني و ژنوم انساني.
با مجوز کمیسیون نشریات علوم پزشکی کشور، مجله علمی پژوهشی اخلاق زیستی از ابتدای سال 1399 به صورت دوره ای و سالیانه (Continuous) منتشر می گردد. نویسندگان محترم می توانند مقالات خود در زمینههای نامبرده را براي بررسي و چاپ در «مجله علمی پژوهشی اخلاق زیستی» مرکز تحقیقات اخلاق و حقوق پزشکی، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی ارسال نمايند.
مقالات مجله علمی پژوهشی اخلاق زیستی به صورت الکترونیک در سایت مجله منتشر می شوند و همچنین در پایگاه استنادی علوم جهان اسلام isc، بانک اطلاعات نشریات کشور (مگیران) و پایگاه مجلات تخصصی نور (نورمگز) نمایه می شوند.

“Annals of Anesthesiology and Critical Care” is a clinical journal which is informative to all practitioners like anesthesiologists, intensivists, pain physicians’, internists and all other specialists who are interested in clinical anesthesiology preoperative medicine, critical care and post-operative pain medicine.
This open source, peer reviewed journal is the official journal of “Iranian society of anesthesiology and critical care” which was founded by Prof. Alireza Salimi (President of the society), Dr Seyed Mohammadreza Hashemian (Chairman) and Dr Saeid Safari (Editor in Chief) in 2016.
The journal context is devoted to particular compilation of the latest worldwide and interdisciplinary approach and findings including original manuscripts, case reports, meta-analyses and reviews, brief communications, and letters relevant to clinical anesthesiology, critical care, pharmacology, preoperative and postoperative care, pain control, pharmacology, pathophysiology, techniques and monitoring, economic & policy issues.

مجله بيوتكنولوژي غذايي كاربردي
انستيتو تحقيقات تغذيه و صنايع غذايي كشور و انجمن پروبيوتيك و غذاهاي فراسودمند در راستاي كمك به گسترش مرزهاي دانش، افزايش اطلاعات و پژوهشهاي مرتبط با زيست فناوري غذايي، نشر نتايج تحقيقات بديع و ارزشمند در زمينه هاي نظري و کاربردي در شاخه هاي مختلف زيست فناوري غذايي، شناساندن فعاليتهاي علمي پژوهشگران، توسعه و استحكام روابط علمي ميان پژوهشگران ايران و ساير كشورها، اقدام به انتشار مجله بيوتكنولوژي غذايي كاربردي مي نمايد.
اهداف
الف) انتشار به موقع يافته هاي نوين پژوهشي به منظور آگاهي اساتيد، دانشجويان و پژوهشگران
ب) كمك به ارتقاي سطح پژوهش در زمينه هاي مختلف بيوتكنولوژي غذايي
ج) نهادينه كردن پژوهشهاي بيوتكنولوژي غذايي در دانشگاهها و مراكز پژوهشي كشور
ه) ايجاد ارتباط ميان پژوهشگران و مراكز توليدي – صنعتي
د) توسعه ارتباط ميان پژوهشگران دانشگاه وسايرمراكز علمي و پژوهشي
و) تلاش درجهت رفع نيازهاي علمي و تحقيقاتي بيوتكنولوژي غذايي كاربردي دركشور
ز) دستيابي به سطح كيفي مورد تائيد نهادهاي علمي بينالمللي
نشريه با عنوان Applied Food Biotechnology به زبان انگليسي انتشار مي يابد كه نام اختصاري آن Appl Food Biotechnol است.
مسووليت حقوقي، نظارت، حمايت هاي سازماني و هماهنگي كليه امور كمي و كيفي نشريه به عهده معاونت پژوهشي انستيتو تحقيقات و هيات مديره انجمن پروبيوتيك ايران خواهد بود.
امتياز نشريه؛ صاحب امتياز نشريه، انستيتو تحقيقات تغذيهاي و صنايع غذايي كشور است.
از فبتدای فعالیت در سال 2014 تا سال 2023، نشريه به صورت فصلنامه (چهار نسخه در سال) و در اولین روز هر فصل منتشر مي شد. اما از سال 2024 به دلیل روند جهانی و تسهیل امور و تسریع نشر به موقع مقالات مجله به صورت پیوسته نشر می شود.

International Clinical Neuroscience Journal
The aim of "International Clinical Neuroscience Journal" is to increase knowledge, stimulate research in the field of neurology and promote better management of patients with neurological disorders. Iranian Endodontic Journal
The Iranian Endodontic Journal (IEJ) is an international peer-reviewed biomedical publication, which aims to provide a scientific medium/ground of communication for researchers, thinkers, readers and clinicians throughout the globe. IEJ publishes the highest quality articles/papers, basic science and clinical, on all aspects of Endodontics and related fields. The “Iranian Endodontic Journal”, published by ICER, is the official journal of the Iranian Center for Endodontic Research (ICER) and Iranian Association of Endodontists (IAE), and welcomes different types of papers; e.g. original research, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, reviews of literature, clinical studies (i.e., randomized clinical trials, case series/reports, etc), hypotheses, letters to the editor and so forth.
In 2006, IEJ was introduced as the first open access endodontic journal in the world, giving its readership free and immediate access to published articles as well as enabling them instant approach to the latest endodontic research and discoveries, a mission which has been continued ever since.

مجله ارتقای ایمنی و پیشگیری از مصدومیت ها بر اساس گزارش های استنادی SID-JCR-1397 پایگاه اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی، به عنوان یکی از ده نشریه برتر علوم پزشکی کشور انتخاب شد.
مجله از ابتدای انتشار، چهار دوره به صورت فیزیکی و الکترونیکی منتشر می شد که از دوره پنجم تا کنون فقط به صورت الکترونیکی منتشر می شود.

تمام نسخههای دستنوشته ارسالی، برای تیم مجله، محرمانه تلقی میشود. مقالات ارسالی تحت فرآیند بررسی دقیق توسط حداقل 3 داور که در حوزه مربوط به مقاله خاص، تخصص دارند، قرار می گیرند. مقاله ارسالی حاصل از طرح های تحقیقاتی، پایان نامه و موارد دیگر باید دارای کد اخلاق مصوب دانشگاه با مؤسسه تحقیقاتی مربوطه باشند.
تصمیم نهایی در رابطه با مقاله مبنی بر نیاز به اصلاحات، پذیرش، رد یا نیاز به بازبینی در اسرع وقت به نویسنده اطلاع داده می شود. بررسی اولیه مقاله توسط کمیته تحریریه در مدت 3 تا 5 روز انجام می شود، مرحله داوری و بازبینی 2 تا 4 ماه و کلیه مقالات پذیرفته شده طبق برنامه زمان بندی چاپ می شود.

Journal of Dental School, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences
The Journal of Dental School (JDS) was established in 1967 by Professor Aliakbar Bahraman with the goal of sharing Iranian dental research with the global community. After a brief hiatus following the Islamic Revolution of Iran, JDS resumed in 1984, quickly becoming a leading national publication. In 2012, the journal transitioned from Persian to English to reach a broader international audience and has been an exclusively online publication since 2013.
Published quarterly (2013 - 2025) by Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, it will adopt a continuous publication model beginning in 2026, JDS is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal that focuses on advancing dental sciences. It publishes original research, case reports, case series, and systematic reviews in areas such as clinical dentistry, oral medicine, dental materials, orthodontics, implantology, public health, and innovations in dental sciences (Aims and Scope). The Journal of Lasers in Medical Sciences ( JLMS) is a scientific Continuously* publication of the Laser Application in Medical Sciences Research Center, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences. *JLMS was a quarterly publication from 2010 to 2020. We changed the type of publication to Continuously from 2021 and publish a volume continuously (one volume) each year. Also, the print publication type publishes at the end of each year.

Journal of Pediatric Nephrology
The "Journal of Pediatric Nephrology" publishes manuscripts on pediatric nephrology, pediatric urology, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, pediatric kidney transplantation and pediatric water and electrolytes, acid-base and intensive care unit.
Original research papers, case reports, and letters to the editor are considered for publication, all of which undergo extensive peer review prior to their acceptance.
Review articles and Editorials are invited, but unsolicited reviews can be proposed to the journal by sending the title for consideration.

JPN is bringing greater benefit to our dear authors and readers in 2024 with the adoption of a new continuous publication model.
Under this model, articles publish directly into an issue as soon as the final version of record is complete. This means that when the corrected proof is ready, the article will publish directly into an issue.

مجلۀ پژوهش در دین و سلامت نشریهای علمی و ملی است که بهصورت فصلنامه و با هدف فراهمکردن بستری مناسب برای پژوهشهای میانرشتهای در حوزۀ دین و سلامت منتشر میشود. این مجله با توجه به گسترش روزافزون مطالعات میانرشتهای و همچنین اهمیت فزایندۀ ابعاد معنوی سلامت، تلاش میکند زمینهای علمی برای بررسی ارتباط دین با سلامت جسمی، روانی، اجتماعی و معنوی فراهم کند.
این نشریه از مقالات پژوهشی و مروری، تحلیل محتوا، سرمقاله و نامه به سردبیر استقبال میکند و حوزههایی همچون اخلاق پزشکی، حقوق پزشکی، فقه پزشکی، طب اسلامی ـ ایرانی و سایر موضوعات مرتبط با دین و سلامت را پوشش میدهد. ارائۀ پژوهشهای اصیل و دستاوردهای نو علمی از اولویتهای این مجله است. دسترسی به محتوای مجله برای پژوهشگران و علاقهمندان رایگان بوده و مسئولیت صحت محتوای مقالات بر عهدۀ نویسندگان آنهاست.

مجله فقه پزشکی دارای رتبه علمی پژوهشی از کميسيون نشريات علوم پزشکی کشور به نشانی: (http://journalportal.research.ac.ir/)، وابسته به مرکز تحقيقات اخلاق و حقوق پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهیدبهشتی است که بهمنظور گسترش و نشر مقالات در حوزههای فقهی، حقوقی مرتبط با علوم پزشکی محققان داخلی و خارجی، به زبانهای فارسی، انگلیسی و عربی، به صورت دو فصلنامه (شش ماهه)، الکترونيکی و به زبان فارسی و چکيده انگليسی و عربی با دسترسی آزاد (open access) منتشر میشود.
فقه پزشکی دانشی بینرشتهای و دامنه آن شامل تمام مسائل فقهی مرتبط با حوزههای سلامت، پژوهش، گروههای حرفهای پزشکی، پرستاری، مامایی، پیراپزشکی است. مجله علمی - پژوهشی فقه پزشکی، از يک سو شامل مطالعاتی میان رشتهای میباشد که برای دستيابی به نتايجی واقعی و مفید، نیازمند بهرهگیری از دانشهای مختلفی همچون فقه، حقوق، اخلاق و پزشکی هستند. از ديگر سو، حاوی مطالعاتی تطبیقیاند، زیرا عنوان فقه ناظر به دانشی است که گستره آن دست کم دربرگیرنده چهار دستگاه فقهی در میان اهل سنت (فقه حنفی، فقه حنبلی، فقه مالکی، فقه شافعی) و دستگاه فقهی شیعه (فقه امامیه) است. نویسندگان محترم می توانند مقالات خود در این زمینهها را جهت بررسي و انتشار از طریق سامانه مجله به آدرس http://journals.sbmu.ac.ir/mf ارسال کنند.

Social Determinants of Health
The Social Determinants of Health is a scientific peer-reviewed multi-disciplinary journal affiliated to the Social Determinants of Health Research Center and in cooperation of Iranian Community Medicine Association (ICMA). It's mission is to disseminate information, viewpoints, and questions about social determinants of health (SDH) research and education. The journal scheduled to appear quarterly up to 2019 , then since 2020 as continuous issue and serve as a means for scientific information exchange in the international SDH forum. The extended scope of the journal is intended to include not only social determinants of health, but also other affiliated fields and disciplines that contribute to the current knowledge and science of community medicine, social medicine, public health, health economics, health education, health policy, health management and epidemiology. This is an open access journal financially supported by SDH research center, with no submission fee or processing charges.

Student Research in Translational Medicine
The Student Research in Translational Medicine journal (SRTM, eISSN: 3092-6688), formerly published as “School of Medicine Students’ Journal (SMSJ, eISSN: 2676-7597)”, is a peer-reviewed, and fully open-access scientific journal. The SRTM obeys the continuous article publishing (CAP) policy from 2022 on. In the SRTM some talented, fully trained and expert students, contribute under the supervision of university professors and editors. The SRTM also invites researchers and students in different medical fields to submit their researches in the translational medicine to SRTM.

مجله سلامت و ورزش: رویکردهای نوین (سورن)
مجله سلامت و ورزش: رویکردهای نوین (سورن) یک مجله علمی دانشجویی آنلاین با دسترسی آزاد است که برای اولین بار به همت دانشجویان علاقمند علوم پزشکی به بررسی مطالب مرتبط با حوزه ورزش و سلامت میپردازد تا کاملترین و مطمئنترین منبع اطلاعاتی را در مورد تحولات جدید در این زمینه بصورت مقالات اصلی پژوهشی، مروری، مرور سیستماتیک، گزارش موردی و نامه به سردبیر ارائه دهد. تمام مقالات ارسال شده توسط هیئت تحریریه و داوران در تخصصهای خاص تحت بررسی همتا قرار میگیرند. گستره تحت پوشش این ژورنال شامل پزشکی ورزشی، فیزیولوژی ورزشی، مکمل و تغذیه ورزشی، فیزیوتراپی، بیومکانیک ورزشی، بیوشیمی ورزشی، بیولوژی ورزشی، فعالیت بدنی و سلامت، ورزش و سلامت مغز، یادگیری و حرکات اصلاحی، پیشگیری از آسیب و توانبخشی بالینی و آسیبشناسی ورزشی میباشد. همچنین، این ژورنال یک ژورنال بین رشتهای است و تحقیقات متخصصین رشتههای مدیریت، روانشناسی و جامعهشناسی ورزشی، ایمنیشناسی، تربیت بدنی، پزشکی و زیرشاخههای آن و سایر رشتههای مرتبط با علوم سلامت و ورزش نیز مورد توجه قرار خواهند گرفت. مجله سورن به زبان فارسی-انگلیسی و به صورت فصلنامه منتشر میشود. ما از پیشنهادات، بازخوردها، انتقادات و ایدههای جدید که باعث افزایش کیفیت این مجله میشوند، استقبال میکنیم.
هدف

Trends in Peptide and Protein Sciences
The Trends in Peptide and Protein Sciences (Trends Pept. Protein Sci.) is a peer-reviewed, online-only (previously print-online), scientific journal owned by Protein Technology Research Center, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and publish the documents in all important aspects of the research in peptides and proteins focusing on analytics and impurities, bioinformatics, biopharmaceuticals and vaccines, biotechnology, chemical synthesis, conformational analysis, design and development of protein therapeutics, determination of structure, enzymology, folding and sequencing, formulation and stability, function, genetics, immunology, kinetics, modeling, molecular biology, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of therapeutic proteins and antibodies, pharmacology, protein engineering and development, protein-protein interaction, proteomics, purification/expression/production, simulation, thermodynamics and hydrodynamics and protein biomarkers. The aim of this Journal is to publish high quality original research articles, reviews, short communications and letters and to provide a medium for scientists and researchers to share their findings from the area of peptides and proteins. The Trends in Peptide and Protein Sciences is published in collaboration with Iranian Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists.
The Trends in Peptide and Protein Sciences has been granted the Scientific-Research Rank by the Commission of Medical Sciences Journals of Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education of I.R. Iran.
From volume 3 (2018) of TPPS, articles are continuously published online only, as soon as the review process is completed.
