Akhlāq-i zīstī i.e., Bioethics Journal

Bioethics is a field of study that systematically examines the ethical challenges arising from the application of innovations and advancements in the life sciences and medicine within an interdisciplinary framework. It regulates and coordinates the relationship between new biological technologies and human behavioral norms, organizing the imperatives within this domain. The scope of bioethics includes the study and evaluation of the interaction between the effects and consequences of applying new biomedical technologies in human life and ethical principles and standards.

With the permission of the National Commission for Medical Journals, the Bioethics Research Journal has been published periodically and annually (Continuous) since the beginning of 2020. Esteemed authors can submit their articles on the aforementioned topics for review and publication in the "Bioethics Research Journal" of the Research Center for Medical Ethics and Law, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences.

Articles in the Bioethics Research Journal are published electronically on the journal's website and are also indexed in the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC), the National Information Bank of the Country’s Journals (Magiran), and the Noor Specialized Journals Database (Noormags).
