مدلیابی روابط آموزش سبز، اخلاق و تسهیم دانش محیط زیستی بر کنشگری با واسطهگری مسئولیتپذیری زیستمحیطی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: مشکلات زیستمحیطی نهتنها آثار زیانباری برای سلامت انسان دارد بلکه رشد اقتصادی و توسعه اجتماعی و فرهنگی را تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی روابط آموزش سبز، اخلاق و تسهیم دانش محیط زیستی بر کنشگری با واسطهگری مسئولیتپذیری زیستمحیطی در چارچوب مدلیابی علّی است.
روش: این تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری آن شامل کلیه کارکنان شبکه بهداشت بوشهر (۱۳۰ نفر مرد و ۱۷۰ نفر زن) است. با توجه به محدودیت جامعه، کلیه کارکنان به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند. دادهها از طریق پرسشنامههای اشتراکگذاری دانش زیستمحیطی یو و همکاران (Yu)، اخلاق زیستمحیطی فیروزفر و همکاران، کنشگری زیستمحیطی الشعیر، مسئولیتپذیری زیستمحیطی ادراک شده کومار و گادزوار، آموزش و توسعه سبز اوجو (Ojo) گردآوری شد. دادهها به روش تحلیل مسیر و با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS و AMOS تحلیل گردید.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: گردآوری دادهها با رعایت اصل رازداری و ناشناس بودن افراد انجام شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که اثر مستقیم آموزش و توسعه سبز بر مسئولیتپذیری زیستمحیطی (۶۷۳/۲ = T و ۱۴۰/۰ = ß) و کنشگری زیستمحیطی (۱۰۸/۴ = T و ۲۰۳/۰ = ß)، در سطح ۰۱/0 معنیدار میباشد؛ همچنین اثر مستقیم اشتراکگذاری دانش زیستمحیطی بر کنشگری زیستمحیطی (۶۹۷/۵ = T و ۲۸۳/۰ = ß) و مسئولیتپذیری زیستمحیطی (۰۹۴/۳ = T و ۱۶۴/۰ = ß) در سطح ۰۱/0 معنیدار است. در نهایت اثر مستقیم اخلاق زیستمحیطی بر مسئولیتپذیری زیستمحیطی (۳۴۵/۲ = T و ۱۲۶/۰ = ß) و مسئولیتپذیری زیستمحیطی بر کنشگری زیستمحیطی (۵۷۷/۳ = T و ۱۸۰/۰ = ß) در سطح ۰۱/0 معنیدار است.
نتیجهگیری: اشتراکگذاری دانش زیستمحیطی و آموزش سبز بر مسئولیتپذیری و کنشگری زیستمحیطی تأثیرگذار است. علاوه بر این مسئولیتپذیری زیستمحیطی نهتنها از اخلاق زیستمحیطی تأثیر میپذیرد بلکه بر کنشگری زیستمحیطی اثرگذار خواهد بود.
