ارتباط بین هوش معنوی و معنویت سازمانی پرستاران

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: هوش معنوی و معنویت سازمانی از عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد و رفتار حرفهای پرستاران معرفی شدهاند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط هوش معنوی با معنویت سازمانی پرستاران صورت گرفته است.
روش کار: مطالعۀ حاضر توصیفی - تحلیلی از نوع همبستگی است. 193 نفر از پرستاران بیمارستان سیدالشهدای فارسان بهروش نمونهگیری آسان انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از دو پرسشنامۀ استاندارد هوش معنوی کینگ و معنویت سازمانی میلین جمعآوری و با آزمونهای آمار توصیفی و استنباطی تجزیه و تحلیل شد. در این پژوهش همۀ موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است و مؤلفان مقاله تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: نتایج مطالعۀ حاضر نشان داده است که ميانگين نمرۀ هوش معنوی (61/14± 45/83) و معنویت سازمانی پرستاران (08/12±12/69) بالاتر از متوسط بود. نتیجۀ آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمن نشان داده است که بین میانگین نمرۀ هوش معنوی با معنویت سازمانی پرستاران ارتباط مثبت و معنیداری وجود داشت (208/0=r و 05/0<P).
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتههای این مطالعه ميتوان بيان کرد که هوش معنوی میتواند موجب افزایش معنویت سازمانی پرستاران گردد. بنابراین، با برنامهریزی در دورۀ آموزش پرستاری و سپس در دورههای ضمن خدمت جهت افزایش هوش معنوی بهعنوان یک عامل روانشناختی میتوان به ارتقای معنویت سازمانی پرستاران کمک کرد.
