بستۀ امیددرمانی با رویکرد اسلامی برای بیماران قلبی

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: بیماریهای قلبی-عروقی یکی از مهمترین بیماریهای مزمن است که عوارض روانشناختی بسیاری همچون خستگی مفرط، اضطراب و افسردگی دارد و کیفیت زندگی بیماران را کاهش میدهد. در این میان توجه به نقش امید حائز اهمیت است. امید سازۀ روانشناسی مثبتی به حساب میآید که در مواجهه با سختیها از افراد محافظت میکند. با توجه به اهمیت امید، اسنایدر سازۀ امید و پرسشنامۀ آن را تدوین کرده است. ازاینرو، هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین برنامۀ امیددرمانی با توجه به آموزههای اسلامی و دستاوردهای روانشناسی کلاسیک بود.
روش کار: روش این پژوهش متنمحور و تحلیل محتوا است. بدین منظور مطالب مرتبط با نظریۀ امید در روانشناسی و آموزههای اسلامی جمعآوری و تحلیل محتوا شد. بر اساس نتایج تحلیل محتوا، سازۀ امید شامل هفت مؤلفۀ شناخت هدف زندگی و گرایش به آن، مهارت هدفگذاری، انگیزش و مهارت خودانگیزشی، توکل، تدبیر و مسیریابی، تلاش و پشتکار و مهارت مقابله با موانع بود. سپس بستۀ امیددرمانی با رویکرد اسلامی برای بیماران قلبی طراحی و روایی محتوایی آن ارزیابی شد. پس از جمعآوری نظر کارشناسان، برنامۀ امیددرمانی با رویکرد اسلامی نهایی تدوین شد. در این پژوهش همۀ موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است و مؤلفان مقاله تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که برنامۀ امیددرمانی با رویکرد اسلامی برای بیماران قلبی شامل هشت جلسۀ نود دقیقهای بود که عبارت است از: 1) ایجاد رابطۀ درمانی و ارائۀ اهداف و منطق درمان، 2) آشنایی با هدف و معنای زندگی در اسلام و تقویت گرایش به آن و نقش آن در امید، 3) آموزش مهارت هدفگذاری در جهت هدف اصلی زندگی و تعیین اهداف معنادار، شفاف و منطقی، 4) تبیین انگیزش و اهمیت آن و تقویت خودآگاهی فرد نسبت به انگیزههایش، 5) مهارتهای انگیزش معنوی، 6) تدبیر و انتخاب مسیر مناسب، تقویت خلاقیت و مهارت برنامهریزی، 7) مهارت مقابله با موانع و مهارت انعطافپذیری و 8) تقویت یاد خدا و توکل به او و جمعبندی.
نتیجهگیری: برنامۀ امیددرمانی با رویکرد اسلامی دارای ابعاد مثبت معنوی و روانشناختی است و با برنامۀ امیددرمانی کلاسیک متفاوت است.
