پیشبینی سرمایۀ معنوی و بهزیستی معنوی دانشجویان بر اساس ویژگیهای شخصیتی، آگاهی و گرایش آنان به مصرف غذای حلال

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: بُعد معنوی زندگی انسان یکی از سازههای مؤثر در سلامت و بهزیستی روانشناختی شناخته میشود که در سالهای اخیر به آن توجه شده است. ازاینرو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیشبینی بهزیستی معنوی و سرمایۀ معنوی بر اساس ویژگیهای شخصیتی، آگاهی و گرایش به مصرف غذای حلال در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان صورت گرفته است.
روش کار: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی و مقطعی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 بودند که تعداد 300 نفر از آنان با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای آگاهی و گرایش به مصرف غذای حلال، فرم کوتاه پرسشنامۀ بهزیستی و سرمایۀ معنوی و پرسشنامۀ پنجعاملی شخصیت استفاده شد. تحلیل دادههای جمعآوریشده با استفاده از آزمون رگرسیون گامبهگام و با بهکارگیری نرمافزار SPSS نسخۀ 26 انجام شد. در این پژوهش همۀ موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است و مؤلفان مقاله تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل رگرسیون گامبهگام نشان داد که پس از ورود متغیّرهای پیشبین، درنهایت هنجار ذهنی، آگاهی، گشودگی به تجربه و روانرنجورخویی توانستند در چهار گام 22/0R2= از واریانس سرمایۀ معنوی را تبیین کنند. همچنین، پیشبینی بهزیستی معنوی نیز گویای این است که بهزیستی جسمانی، نگرش به غذای حلال، روانرنجورخویی و گشودگی به تجربه قویترین پیشبینهای باقیمانده در الگو، 34/0 R2=از واریانس بهزیستی معنوی را پیشبینی کردند.
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش حاضر میتوان گفت که آگاهی و نگرش به مصرف غذای حلال بههمراه ویژگیهای شخصیتی از عوامل اساسی شناخته میشوند که در رابطه با زندگی معنوی (سرمایه و بهزیستی معنوی) دانشجویان میتوان به آنها توجه کرد.
