الگوی سرزندگی ذهنی سالمندان بر اساس جهتگیری مذهبی: نقش میانجی عملکرد خانواده

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: سرزندگی بهمعنای نوعی تجربۀ خاص روانشناختی یک نیروی حیاتبخش است که موجب حس شور زندگی و روحیه در سالمندان میشود و خود تحت تأثیر عوامل متعددی است. بنابراین هدف مطالعۀ حاضر بررسی نقش میانجی عملکرد خانواده در رابطۀ جهتگیری مذهبی با سرزندگی ذهنی سالمندان بوده است.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی - همبستگی از نوع معادلات ساختاری است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی سالمندان 60 سال به بالای شهر تهران در سال 1400 بود که از میان آنان 300 نفر واجد شرایط بهروش نمونهگیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند و بهصورت برخط به پرسشنامههای جهتگیری مذهبی آلپورت و راس، عملکرد خانوادۀ اپشتاین و همکاران و سرزندگی ذهنی رایان و فردریک پاسخ دادند. الگوی پژوهش و روابط بین متغیّرها با استفاده از همبستگی پیرسون تحلیل شد. در این پژوهش همۀ موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است و مؤلفان مقاله تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد اثر مستقیم جهتگیری مذهبی درونی بر عملکرد خانواده مثبت (01/0P< و 17/0=β)؛ اما اثر مستقیم جهتگیری مذهبی بیرونی بر عملکرد خانواده منفی (01/0 P<و 34/0-=β) بود. اثر مستقیم عملکرد خانواده بر سرزندگی ذهنی (01/0P< و 65/0=β) و اثر مستقیم جهتگیری مذهبی درونی بر سرزندگی ذهنی مثبت (01/0 P< و 20/0=β)، اما اثر مستقیم جهتگیری مذهبی بیرونی بر سرزندگی ذهنی منفی (01/0P< و 04/0-=β) بود. همچنین عملکرد خانواده در ارتباط بین جهتگیری مذهبی درونی (05/0P< و 34/2=Z) با سرزندگی ذهنی نقش واسطهای داشت. علاوهبراین، عملکرد خانواده در ارتباط بین جهتگیری مذهبی بیرونی (01/0P< و 56/3-=Z) با سرزندگی ذهنی نقش واسطهای داشت.
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای بهدستآمده، جهتگیری مذهبی و عملکرد خانواده نقش مهمی در سرزندگی ذهنی سالمندان دارند؛ بنابراین توجه به آنها میتواند راهکاری مؤثر برای حفظ سرزندگی ذهنی سالمندان باشد.
