اثربخشی آموزش آرامش روانشناختی مبتنی بر دعا و صبر بر احساس شکست و تحمل پریشانی دانشجویان رشتۀ پرستاری

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: احساس شکست و تحمل پریشانی از عواملی است که دوران دانشجویی را که دوران مهیّج و پرچالشی است تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد. ازاینرو، هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی آموزش آرامش روانشناختی مبتنی بر دعا و صبر بر احساس شکست و تحمل پریشانی دانشجویان پرستاری بوده است.
روش کار: روش پژوهش حاضر نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون - پسآزمون با گروه گواه است. نمونهای به تعداد 30 نفر از تمامی دانشجویان دانشکدۀ پرستاری طبس در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 بهروش نمونهگیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند و بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش پرسشنامۀ تحمل پریشانی سیمونز و گاهر و احساس شکست گیلبرت و آلن بود. افراد گروه آزمایش در هشت جلسۀ 45 دقیقهای آموزش آرامش روانشناختی مبتنی بر دعا و صبر شرکت نمودند، اما گروه گواه هیچ مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 22 و شاخص آماری تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیّره تجزیه و تحلیل شد. در این پژوهش همۀ موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است و مؤلفان تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داده است که میانگین نمرات احساس شکست گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه گواه در پسآزمون بهطور معناداری کاهش یافته بود؛ اما میانگین نمرات تحمل پریشانی گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه گواه در پسآزمون بهطور معناداری افزایش یافته بود (01/0>P).
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای بهدستآمده، آموزش مؤلفههای آرامش روانشناختی مبتنی بر دعا و صبر میتواند بهعنوان یک روش مداخلهای مفید در جهت کاهش احساس شکست و افزایش تحمل پریشانی دانشجویان به کار رود.
