تأثیر تعلیم الهدوء السیکولوجي علی أساس الدعاء والصبر، علی الشعور بالهزیمة واستیعاب القلق لدی طلاب فرع التمریض

الملخص
خلفية البحث وأهدافه: الشعور بالهزیمة وتحمل القلق من العوامل النفسیة المؤثرة علی نفسیات الطلاب التي تعد الفترة الأشدّ قلقاً واضطراباً علی الإنسان لما تخلق من أزمات نفسیة حادة. لهذا السبب، تسعی هذه الدراسة إلی تحدید تأثیر تعلیم مهارات التهدئة النفسیة القائمة علی أساس الدعاء والصبر علی الشعور بالهزیمة وتحمل الإضطراب لدی طلاب قسم التمریض ومدی دوره العاملین علی سکینة الإنسان.
منهجية البحث: المنهجیة التي اعتمدت علیها الدراسة هي منهجیة شبه تحلیلیة مع منهج ماقبل الإختبار-ما بعده والمجموعة الضابطة. وقد اختیر 30 طالباً من بین طلاب کلیة التمریض في مدینة طبس للعام الدراسي 2019-2020 عبر منهج أخذ العینات المتاحة وتقسیم هؤلاء إلی مجموعة الإختبار ومجموعة ضابطة بصورة عشوائیة. اما الآلیة التي اعتمدت علیها الدراسة فهي استبیان تحمل القلق لدی سیمونز وتشاهر واستبیان الشعور بالهزیمة لدی جیلبرت وآلن. وقد شارك افراد مجموعة الإختبار في ثمانیة جلسات تستغرق کل جلسة 45 دقیقة خضعوا فیها لتعلیم مهارات الهدوء النفسي القائم علی أساس الدعاء والصبر؛ بینما لم تتلقّ المجموعة الضابطة تعلیمات أو مداخلات. بعدها قام الباحثون بتحلیل المعطیات عبر تطبیق SPSS إصدار رقم 22 ومؤشر احصائي متعدد المتغیرات. یُذکر أنّه تم مراعاة جمیع الموارد الأخلاقیة في هذا البحث وإضافة إلی ذلك فإنّ مؤلفي البحث لم یشیروا إلی أيّ تضارب في المصالح.
المعطیات: اظهرت النتائج أنّ معدل درجات العشور بالهزیمة لدی مجموعة الإختبار مقارنة بالمجموعة الضابطة في مرحلة مابعد الإختبار قد تقلّص بشکل ملحوظ. بینما معدل درجات تحمل القلق لدی مجموعة الإختبار مقارنة بالمجموعة الضابطة قد ازدادت بصورة ملحوظة في مرحلة مابعد الإختبار.
الاستنتاج: اظهرت نتائج البحث أنّ تعلیم مهارات الهدوء النفسي القائم علی الدعاء والصبر من شأنه أن یکون ناجعاً في تقلیص الشعور بالهزیمة ورفع مستوی التحمل واستیعاب القلق لدی طلاب فرع التمریض.
