بررسی تأثیر مدیریت جهادی در سلامت سازمانی با نقش میانجی قابلیتهای پویا

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: امروزه مديران تلاش براي تأمين سلامت سازماني و حفظ و ارتقای آن را بيش از گذشته در اولويت فعاليتهاي خود قرار ميدهند. در این زمینه مدیریت جهادي که از مدیریت بر مبنای ارزشهای اسلامی حکایت دارد، لازمۀ دستیابي به سازمان سالم و توسعۀ همهجانبۀ امور است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر مدیریت جهادی بر سلامت سازمانی با نقش میانجی قابلیتهای پویا در مراکز و واحدهای پیام نور استان اصفهان بود.
روش کار: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردي، برحسب نوع دادهها کمّی و از لحاظ روش گردآوري دادهها توصيفي از نوع همبستگی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل مراکز و واحدهای پیام نور استان اصفهان بود که از میان مدیران و کارشناسان بخش فرهنگی آنها با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 92 نفر بهروش تصادفی ساده نمونۀ پژوهش در نظر گرفته شد. روایی پرسشنامه به دو روش صوری و محتوایی و پایایی آن با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. سپس الگوی مفهومی پژوهش با استفاده از فن الگویابی معادلات ساختاری آزمون شد. در این پژوهش همۀ موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است و مؤلفان تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که مدیریت جهادی بهصورت مستقیم بر سلامت سازمانی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری داشت. همچنین مدیریت جهادی از طریق قابلیتهای پویا بر سلامت سازمانی تأثیرگذار بود.
نتیجهگیری: با ایجاد ساختار یک سازمان جهادی و استفاده از مؤلفههای مدیریت جهادی با شناسایی و بهکارگیری قابلیتهای پویای سازمان میتوان به ارتقای سطح سلامت سازمانی در مراکز و واحدهای پیام نور کمک کرد.
