دراسة تأثیر الإدارة الجهادیة علی نزاهة المؤسسات ودور الطاقات الحیویة الوسیط

الملخص
خلفية البحث وأهدافه: أصبحت مسئلة نزاهة المؤسسات والإرتقاء بأداءها وتعزیز قدراتها علی التماشي مع متطلبات العصر من أهم القضایا التي یُعنی بها المدراء والمسؤولین. فمن هذا المنطلق أضحت الإدارة الجهادیة القائمة علی الأسس والتعالیم الدینیة، من أهم الشروط التي یجب توفّرها للوصول إلی النزاهة المؤسساتیة. وعلی هذا الأساس، یهدف هذا البحث دراسة مدی تأثیر الإدارة الجهادیة علی النزاهة المؤسساتیة مع دور الطاقات الحیویة کوسیط في المراکز والکلیات التابعة لجامعة بیام نور إصفهان.
منهجية البحث: هدف هذه الدراسة هدف تطبیقي وتعتمد علی المعطیات الکمیة. کما جُمعت المعطیات حسب المنهجیة الوصفیة الإرتباطیة. اما الجمعیة الإحصائیة فقد شملت مراکز وکلیات جامعة بیام نور في محافظة أصفهان. وقد اختیر 92 مدیراً وباحثاً من القطاع الثقافي حسب منهجیة کوکران وأخذ العینات العشوائیة لإجراء البحث. والإستبیان الذي اعتمدت علیه الدراسة فهو الإستبیان الشکلي والمضموني وعلی أساس منهج آلفاي کورنباخ لجمع البیانات. بعدها تم اختبار النموذج المفاهیمي (النظري) التي حصلت علیه الدراسة عبر نمذجة المعادلات المهیکلة. تمت مراعاة جمیع الموارد الأخلاقیة في هذا البحث وإضافة إلی ذلك فإنّ مؤلفي البحث لم یشیروا إلی أيّ تضارب في المصالح.
المعطیات: اظهرت النتائج أنّ الإدارة الجهادیة تترك تأثیرا إیجابیاً علی نزاهة المؤسسات بشکل مباشر. کما أنّ هذه الإدارة الجهادیة أثّرت عبر تعزیز الطاقات الحیویة علی نزاهة المؤسسات.
الاستنتاج: توصلت الدراسة إلی أنّ إنشاء قاعدة متماسکة تقوم علیها منظمة جهادیة والإمتثال لقوانین الإدارة الجهادیة وکشف الطاقات الحیویة وتوظیفها في المؤسسات، یمکن أنّ تعزز مستوی أداء المؤسسات والمراکز التابعة لجامعة بیام نور لمدینة أصفهان.
