رابطهی تجارب معنوی و امیدواری با زیستن در زمان حال در مردان مبتلا به سرطان شهر تهران در سال 1395

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: بیماری سرطان در ایران سومین عامل مرگ و میر افراد تلقی میشود. توجه به متغیّرهای روانشناختی و معنوی در روند بهبودی این بیماری میتواند در کنار مداخلههای دارویی از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار باشد. بنابراین، اﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﺎلعه با هدف تعیین رابطهی بین تجارب معنوی و امیدواری با زیستن در زمان حال مردان مبتلا به سرطان شهر تهران در سال 1395 انجام شد.
روش کار: روش این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعهی آماری پژوهش شامل مردان مبتلا به سرطان مراجعهکننده به بیمارستانهای امام خمینی (ره) و شهدای تجریش شهر تهران در سال 1395 بود که از میان آنها 100 نفر به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس و مبتنی بر هدف انتخاب شدند. سپس برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای تجارب معنوی اندروود و ترسی، امیدواری اشنایدر و زندگی در زمان حال سپهوند و عرب استفاده شد. دادههای جمعآوری شده از طریق روشهای آماری تحلیل رگرسیون تکمتغیّره و چندگانه و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون تحلیل شد. در این پژوهش همهی مسائل اخلاقی رعایت شده است و نویسندگان مقاله هیچگونه تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: بر اساس یافتههای بهدستآمده بین امیدواری با زندگی در زمان حال (01/0p<) و نیز بین تجارب معنوی با زندگی در زمان حال رابطهی مثبت و معناداری وجود داشت (05/0p<).
نتیجهگیری: به نظر میرسد درمانگران باید به نقش مثبت منابع روانشناختی و معنوی گوناگونی در پذیرش و بهبودی بیماری سرطان توجه داشته باشند. تجربهی معنوی که شامل ارتباط با خدا، دعا و دریافت معنویت در زندگی است میتواند به رفتارهای سازگارانهتری در بیماران سرطانی همانند معنادهی به زندگی و تجربهی زندگی اکنون کمک کند. در نهایت، این منابع میتواند به رشد فردی و قدرت بیمار در بازتعریف او از بیماری یاری برساند.
