تأثیر رهبری معنوی بر سلامت معنوی با میانجیگری حمایت سازمانی

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: سلامت معنوي بُعد اساسي از بهزيستي و سلامت كلي فرد است كه موجب هماهنگي دیگر ابعاد سلامت ميگردد. مطالعۀ حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر رهبری معنوی بر سلامت معنوی با میانجیگری حمایت سازمانی صورت گرفته است.
روش کار: این پژوهش کاربردي و از نوع همبستگي مبتنی بر مدل معادلات ساختاری است. جامعۀ آماری معلمان ابتدایی شهرستان میرجاوه بودند که متناسب با حجم، تعداد 215 نفر به شیوۀ نمونهگیری تصادفی-طبقهای انتخاب و وارد مطالعه شدند. برای جمعآوری اطلاعات از سه پرسشنامۀ رهبری معنوی، سلامت معنوی و حمایت سازمانی و برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. در این پژوهش همۀ موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است و مؤلفان مقاله هیچگونه تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: بر اساس نتایج بهدستآمده، میانگین سلامت معنوی 65/18±22/215، رهبری معنوی 92/17±03/122 و حمایت سازمانی 56/11±71/49 بود. مقدار ضریب همبستگی رهبری معنوی با سلامت معنوی (01/0 P<و 228/0r=)، رهبری معنوی با حمایت سازمانی (01/0 P<و 257/0r=)، حمایت سازمانی با سلامت معنوی (01/0P< و 241/0r=) معنادار بود. همچنین اثر مستقیم رهبری معنوی بر سلامت معنوی (72/4 t=و 41/0β=)، اثر مستقیم رهبری معنوی بر حمایت سازمانی (02/3t= و 29/0β=)، اثر مستقیم حمایت سازمانی بر سلامت معنوی (68/2 t=و 23/0β=)؛ و نیز اثر غیرمستقیم رهبری معنوی بر سلامت معنوی با نقش میانجی حمایت سازمانی (0667/0β=) معنادار بود.
نتیجهگیری: مدیران سازمانها میتوانند با بهکارگیری سبک رهبری معنوی و حمایت سازمانی، سلامت معنوی کارکنان را بهبود ببخشند.
