ارزیابی عاملهای محتوایی درمانبخش نماز در اسلام

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: نماز یکی از مهمترین الگوهای فرهنگی در جامعۀ اسلامی و دومین رکن آن است و از آنجایی که امروزه تأکید بیشتری بر بافتهای فرهنگی در حیطۀ رواندرمانی میشود و توصیه شده است که مسائل فرهنگی با رواندرمانیها تلفیق شود، به همین دلیل هدف این مطالعه بررسی و شناسایی عوامل محتوایی بود که در نماز میتوانند اثربخش باشند و بینش و قضاوت فرد را دربارۀ مشکلات و مسائل مربوط به سلامت روان تحت تأثیر قرار دهند.
روش کار: این مطالعه با رویکرد توصیفی - تحلیلی و به روش کتابخانهای انجام شد. در این زمینه، ابتدا مفاهیم و اعمال مرتبط با نماز تعریف و سپس با بهرهگیری از تعاریف علمی و چارچوبهای روانشناختی به تبیین آن پرداخته شد. درنهایت، با استفاده از یافتههای پژوهشهای مرتبط، نتایج حاصل از مفاهیمِ استخراجشده بررسی شد. مؤلفان مقاله تضاد منافعی دربارۀ این پژوهش گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بعضی از زمینههای محتوایی مانند پذیرش، صبر، تقویت اراده، شفقت و مواجهه در نماز وجود دارند. این عوامل از جمله اموری هستند که در خلال نماز توصیه و تعریف شده و فرد برای اهتمام بیشتر بر آنها ترغیب شده است.
نتیجهگیری: در جهت توسعه و اهمیت بیشتر درمانهای مبتنی بر فرهنگ، به نظر میرسد میتوان از نماز بهعنوان الگویی اثربخش در زمینۀ مشکلات روانشناختی با توجه به عاملهای ذکرشده استفاده کرد.
