پیشبینی بهزیستی روانشناختی بر اساس نگرش به دین و اضطراب مرگ در مردان سالمند مرکز نگهداری نیمهوقت شهر کرمانشاه

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: با توجه به نقش مهم و روزافزون بهزيستي سالمندان، بررسی نقش متغيّرهاي مختلف در بهزيستي ضروری به نظر میرسد؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي رابطهی بهزیستی روانشناختی با دینداری و اضطراب مرگ در سالمندان مرد صورت گرفته است.
روش کار: این پژوهش توصیفی ازنوع همبستگی است. جامعهی آماری پژوهش شامل 700 مرد سالمند سراهای نگهداری نیمهوقت سالمندان شهر کرمانشاه است، که 200 نفر از آنان بهروش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزارهاي پژوهش شامل پرسشنامهی بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف، مقیاس نگرش مسلمانان به دین وایلد و جوزف و پرسشنامهی اضطراب مرگ تمپلر بود. معیارهای ورود به پژوهش نیز شامل کسب نمرهی بالای 22 در آزمون وضعیت روانی، داشتن سن حداقل 60 سال، داشتن تحصیلات راهنمایی یا بالاتر و داشتن حداقل درآمد ماهیانه برای گذراندن زندگی بود. افرادی که دارای این شرایط نبودند از مطالعه خارج شدند. برای تحلیل دادهها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون گامبهگام استفاده شد. در این پژوهش همهی موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است. علاوهبراین، نویسندگان مقاله هیچگونه تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد كه بین بهزیستی روانشناختی با دینداری (39/0=r) رابطهی مثبت و با اضطراب مرگ (19/0-=r) رابطهی منفی و معنیداری وجود دارد (001/0P<). نتايج تحليل رگرسيون گامبهگام نيز نشان داد که بهترتیب اهمیت؛ نگرش اسلامی، اضطراب مرگ و مناسک اسلامی بهطور معناداری قادر به پیشبيني 22 درصد از بهزیستی روانشناختی در سالمندان بودند (001/0P<).
نتیجهگیری: بنابراین با توجه به نقش دینداری در زندگی و بهکارگیری راهبردهایی که موجب کاهش اضطراب مرگ میشود، میتوان بهزیستی روانشناختی را در سالمندان افزایش داد.
