تبیین رفتارهای مذهبی مادران دارای کودک بستری: مطالعهی کیفی

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: یکی از منابع اصلی تنش و اضطراب خانوادهها، بحران ناشی از بیماری و بستری شدن کودکان است. امروزه توجه به نیازهای عاطفی و معنوی خانواده در فرایند مراقبت، یکی از اولویتهای اساسی بهسازی شرایط مراقبت از کودک در بیمارستان شناخته شده است. شناخت باورها و رفتارهای مذهبی مادران طی بیماری و بستری شدن کودک میتواند زمینهی تأمین نیازهای معنوی خانواده و والدین را فراهم سازد. ازاینرو، این پژوهش با هدف تبیین رفتارهای مذهبی مادران، حین بستری کودکشان در بیمارستان انجام شده است.
روش کار: این پژوهش از نوع کیفی؛ و محیط اجرای آن مرکز آموزشی - درمانی کودکان (سانترال) دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان است. دادههای پژوهش از طریق مصاحبههای نيمهساختار جمعآوری شد و نمونهگیری پژوهش نیز مبتنی بر هدف و با حداکثر تنوع بود. 19 مادر دارای یک کودک بستری در بخشهای اطفال، وارد پژوهش شدند. ملاک اتمام نمونهگیری نیز اشباع دادهها بود. علاوهبراین، مصاحبهها ضبط و سپس دستنویس؛ و مطابق رویکرد تحلیل محتوای کیفی مرسوم تحلیل شد. در این پژوهش همهی موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است. علاوهبراین، نویسندگان مقاله هیچگونه تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: تحلیل دادهها به شکلگیری دو مضمون اصلی «بهبودی - حفظ سلامتی» و «پذیرش - سازگاری»؛ و مضامین فرعی «دستیابی به آرامش، امیدواری و تحمل روحی» منجر شد. قرآن خواندن، ذکر گفتن، دعا و نذر کردن از رفتارهای اعتقادی مادران بوده که در مصاحبهها بارها به آنها اشاره شده است.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که اعتقادات و رفتارهای مذهبی میتواند عاملی مؤثر برای ارتقای سلامت روانی مادران دارای کودک بستری در بیمارستان باشد.
