الگویابی ساختاری تأثیر ذهنآگاهی و امید به زندگی بر تابآوری با نقش میانجی باورهای دینی در میان دانشجویان

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: تابآوری توانایی انسان در سازگاری با تعارضات اجتماعی و رویدادهای استرسزای زندگی است و در زندگی دانشجویی از اهمیت بسیاری برخوردار است. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف الگویابی ساختاری تأثیر ذهنآگاهی و امید به زندگی بر تابآوری با نقش میانجی باورهای دینی در میان دانشجویان انجام شده است.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی است و با توجه به ماهیت موضوع و اهداف پژوهش، توصیفی - همبستگی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش تمامی دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد فسا در ترم بهمن سال 02-1401 به تعداد 550 نفر بودند که با استفاده از جدول مورگان و به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای، 225 نفر بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل چهار پرسشنامۀ ذهنآگاهی (بیر، اسمیت و آلن)، امید به زندگی (اشنایدر و همکاران)، تابآوری (کانر و دیویدسون) و باورهای دینی (نجفی) بود. بهمنظور تحلیل دادهها، از نرمافزارهای آماری SPSSنسخۀ 28 و PLS3 در سطح توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد. در این پژوهش همۀ اصول اخلاقی رعایت شده است و مؤلفان مقاله تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان میدهد که بین ذهنآگاهی با تابآوری (219/0=β)، امید به زندگی با تابآوری (551/0=β) و ذهنآگاهی با باورهای دینی رابطۀ مستقیم معنیداری وجود داشت (339/0=β)؛ ولی بین باورهای دینی با تابآوری (096/0=β) و بین امید به زندگی با باورهای دینی رابطۀ مستقیم معنیداری وجود نداشت (124/0=β). علاوهبراین، بین ذهنآگاهی با تابآوری دانشجویان با نقش میانجی باورهای دینی (033/0=β) و نیز بین امید به زندگی با تابآوری دانشجویان با نقش میانجی باورهای دینی رابطۀ غیرمستقیمی وجود نداشت (012/0-=β).
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای بهدستآمده پیشنهاد میگردد با برگزاری کارگاههای آموزشی زمینۀ بهبود ذهنآگاهی، امید به زندگی و باورهای دینی در میان دانشجویان فراهم شود؛ زیرا بهبود این متغیّرها، افزایش تابآوری را به دنبال خواهد داشت.
