النمذجة البنائیة لتأثیر الیقظة الذهنیة والأمل بالحیاة علی المرونة بالنظر إلی الدور الوسیط للعقیدة الدینیة لدی طلاب الجامعات

الملخص
خلفية البحث وأهدافه: المرونة هي قدرة الإنسان علی التأقلم مع الصراعات الإجتماعیة والنفسیة والأحداث المثیرة للقلق في الحیاة؛ وهي تحظی بأهمیة کبیرة في حیاة طلاب الجامعات خاصة. ولهذا تسعی هذه الدراسة لتحدید نمذجة بنائیة لتأثیر الیقضة الذهنیة والأمل بالحیاة علی المرونة بالنظر إلی الدور الوسیط للعقیدة الدینیة لدی طلاب الجامعات.
منهجية البحث: المنهج الذي اعتمدت علیه الدراسة هو منهج البحث التطبیقي؛ ونظراً لماهیة الموضوع وأهداف البحث اعتمدت علی المنهج الوصفي/ الإرتباطي. اما الجمعیة الإحصائیة فقد شملت جمیع طلاب مرحلة البکالوریوس في جامعة آزاد الإسلامیة فرع مدینة فسا في العام الدراسي 2022-2023 وقد أختیر 550 طالباً عبر منهج جدولمورجان ومنهج أخذ العینات العشوائیة المرحلیة واستبیان (بیر، إسمیت وآلن)، والأمل بالحیاة (اشنایدر، والزملاء)، والمرونة (کانر و دیویسون)، والعقیدة الدینیة (نجفي 2016). ولتحلیل المعطیات استخدم الباحثون تطبیقات إحصائیة وتطبیق SPSS، الإصدار 28 وPLS3 في المستوی الوصفي الإستنباطي. یذکر بأنّه قد تمت مراعاة جمیع الموارد الأخلاقیة في هذا البحث وإضافة إلی ذلك فإنّ مؤلفي البحث لم یشیروا إلی أيّ تضارب في المصالح.
المعطیات: اثبتت النتائج أنّ بین الیقظة الذهنیة والمرونة (219/0=β)، والأمل بالحیاة والمرونة، (551/0=β) کما أن هناك علاقة مباشرة وذات الالة إحصائیة بین الیقظة الذهنیة والعقیدة الدینیة وهي (339/0=β). وبین العقیدة الدینیة والمرونة علاقة (096/0=β) ولکن لم تکن بین الأمل بالحیاة والعقیدة الدینیة علاقة مباشرة وذات دلالة إحصائیة (124/0=β). فضلا عن ذلك أثبتت الدراسة وجود دور وسیط للعقیدة الدینیة بین الیقظة الذهنیة والمرونة لدی الطلاب وهي (033/0=β). ولکن لم تکن علاقة غیر مباشرة بین الأمل بالحیاة والمرونة لدی الطلاب خاصة بین دور العقیدة الدینیة الوسیط وهي علاقة یمکن وصفها کالتالي: (012/0-=β).
الاستنتاج: بناء علی النتائج التي حصلت علیها الدراسة، یقترح الباحثون إقامة ورش تعلیمیة في مجال تحسین الیقظة الذهنیة، والأمل بالحیاة، والعقیدة الدینیة بین الطلاب لرفع مستوی جودة حیاتهم. لأنّ تحسین هذه المکونات، تعزز المرونة لدیهم وتجعلهم أکثر قدرة علی التأقلم مع الظروف الصعبة.
