Abstract
Abstract: Introduction: Spiritual health is one of the important aspects of human health. Due to different approaches to human nature and the concept of spirituality in different cultures, there are a wide range of schools related to spiritual health. Therefore, it is necessary to pay close attention to the authentic religious teachings and the scope of their exaltation and perfection, which sometimes leads to costly consequences such as absurdity, a burden in every way of life, and illusory happiness.
Methodology: In this comparative-analytical study, religious and western spiritualities were analyzed using Islamic texts and electronic databases such as Google Scholar.
Result: The most significant differences and strengths of religious spirituality are: worship, fulfilling obligations and adherence to the Sharia, religiosity, guardianship, tyranny and tyranny, prohibition of illegitimate and illegitimate austerities in religious spirituality, anti-tyranny and avoidance of injustice, rationalism, practicality, and use of permissible means in the form of Sharia, dynamics, remembrance of God, trust and recourse.
Discussion: Religious and Islamic spirituality, it is an active, effective, transformative and beneficial spirituality for us in exchange for the real and objective that we have happiness and sovereignty. While western spiritualities are often a mental thing that has no fixed and visible horizons, and sometimes there is no rational justification for them. What is blessed (permanent good) and the source of the positive effect is the original spirituality (not borrowed) and derived from the clear spring of the revealed teachings and the life of the innocents, peace be upon them.
