مقارنة فاعلیة العلاج الروحي متعدد الأبعاد وذي التوجه الإلهي والمنهج الإسلامي مع العلاج المعرفي القائم علی التحصین، في تحسین نمط الحیاة وإضطرابات النوم لدی أمهات الأطفال المصابین بالتوحد

الملخص
خلفية البحث وأهدافه: تواجه أمهات الأطفال المصابین بالتوحد الکثیر من المشاکل والتحدیات النفسیة والإجتماعیة، بحیث تعیق حیاة هذه الأمهات وتخرجها من حالتها الطبیعیة لدرجة تحدث خللاً في النوم وفترات الإستراحة؛ ورغم ذلك لم تتطرق إلیها الدراسات إلّا الیسیر جداً. ولهذا تسعی هذه الدراسة لمقارنة فاعلیة العلاج الروحي متعدد الأبعاد وذي التوجه الإلهي والمنهج الإسلامي مع العلاج المعرفي القائم علی التحصین، في تحسین نمط الحیاة وإضطرابات النوم لدی أمهات الأطفال المصابین بالتوحد.
منهجية البحث: اعتمدت الدراسة علی المنهج شبه التجریبي وطریق مابعد الإختبار ومابعده مع المجموعة الضابطة. اما المجتمع الإحصائي فقد شمل جمیع أمهات الأطفال المصابین بالتوحد في مدینتي شیراز وزاهدان في عام 2024م. فقد أختیر 60 من بینهن عبر منهج أخذ العینات المتاحة وبعد ذلک تمّ تقسیمهن بصورة عشوائیة إلی مجموعة تدخل ومجموعة ضابطة (تتکون کل مجموعة من 20 شخصاً). ولجمع البیانات استخدم الباحثون استبیان معاییر إضطرابات النوم لدی لینتش والزملاء واستبیان نمط الحیاة لعلي والزملاء. وقد تلقت مجموعة التدخل الأولی العلاج الروحي متعدد الأبعاد في 12 جلسة علاجیة، وتلقت مجموعة التدخل العلاج القائم علی التحصین في 10 جلسات علاجیة تستمر کل منها 90 دقیقة (جلستان في کل أسبوع). وتمّ تحلیل البیانات عبر تطبیق SPSS الإصدار26 واختبار معامل الإرتباط واختبار T. تجدر الإشارة أنّ مؤلفي البحث لم یشیروا إلی أيّ تضارب في المصالح.
المعطیات: تشیر النتائج إلی أنّ هناک اختلاف کبیر بین مجموعة العلاج الروحي متعدد الأبعاد بالتوجه الإسلامي وبین مجموعة العلاج المعرفي القائم علی التحصین والمجموعة الضابطة خاصة بعد الإختبار بحیث یمکن رسمها علی النحو التالي (000/0 P= و 07/10F=) واضطرابات النوم (005/0 P= و 81/5F=) وهو اختلاف واضح. کما أنّ مدی التأثیر علی متغیر نمط الحیاة واضطرابات النوم لدی مجموعة التدخل الأولی والثانیة والمجموعة الضابطة کانت علی النحو التالي: 82% و 9/63%.
الاستنتاج: اثبتت نتائج الدراسة أنّ مجموعة العلاج الروحي متعدد الأبعاد ذي التوجي الإسلامي کانت إکثر إستجابة للعلاج مقارنة بمجموعة العلاج النفسي القائم علی تحصین نمط الحیاة واضطرابات النوم لدی أمهات الأطفال المصابین بالتوحد. لهذا یمکن اعتماده بوصفه طریقة علاجیة ناجعة.
