پیشبینی اضطراب بارداری بر اساس تجارب معنوی، شفقت به خود و ذهنآگاهی

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: بارداری تجربهای مهم است که تغییرات روانی بسیاری در زنان ایجاد میکند و توجه ویژهای را میطلبد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیشبینی اضطراب بارداری در زنان دارای بارداری پرخطر بر اساس تجارب معنوی، شفقت به خود و ذهنآگاهی انجام شده است.
روش کار: طرح پژوهش حاضر توصیفی - همبستگی است. جامعۀ پژوهش زنان دارای بارداری پرخطر بودند که در تابستان 1402 به بیمارستان الزهرای شهر رشت مراجعه نمودند؛ 400 نفر از آنان بهروش نمونهگیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامۀ فرم کوتاه اضطراب بارداری هویزینک و دلفورتری، پرسشنامۀ تجارب معنوی روزانۀ آندروود و ترسی، پرسشنامۀ شفقت به خود ریس و همکاران و پرسشنامۀ ذهنآگاهی براون و رایان؛ و برای تحلیل یافتهها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه با استفاده از نرمافزار SPPS نسخۀ 25 استفاده شد. در این پژوهش همۀ موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است و مؤلفان مقاله تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: نتایج ضرایب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که رابطۀ تجارب معنوی و اضطراب بارداری (11/0-r=) منفی و در سطح 05/0 معنیدار بود. رابطۀ شفقت به خود (36/0-r=) و ذهنآگاهی (41/0-r=) با اضطراب بارداری منفی و در سطح 01/0 معنیدار بود. علاوهبراین، رابطۀ تجارب معنوی با شفقت به خود (20/0r=) و ذهنآگاهی (11/0r=) مثبت و در سطح 01/0 معنیدار بود. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نیز نشان داد که تجارب معنوی، شفقت به خود و ذهنآگاهی 19% (19/۰=R2) از واریانس اضطراب بارداری را پیشبینی کردند (۰۱/۰P<). در بررسی ضرایب استاندارد رگرسیونی شفقت به خود (۳۶/۰-=β) و ذهنآگاهی (۱۴/۰-=β) بهصورت منفی و معنیدار توان پیشبینی اضطراب بارداری را داشتند (۰۱/۰P<).
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای بهدستآمده، هرچقدر شفقت به خود و ذهنآگاهی در زنان دارای بارداری پرخطر بالاتر باشد، به همان میزان اضطراب بارداری کمتر است. از نتایج پژوهش حاضر میتوان در طراحی برنامههای آموزشی و مشاورهای برای زنان باردار استفاده کرد.
