تأثیر الصیام والنشاط الجسدي الخفیف علی بعض علامات أمراض الدم والکیمیاء الحیویة لدی المسلمین: دراسة مراجعة ممنهجة

الملخص
خلفية البحث وأهدافه: یُعرف شهر رمضان بشهر الطاعة. إذ یقیم المسلمون فیه طقوسهم الدینیة ویمتنعون عن الأکل والشرب طیلة النهار إمتثالاً لتعالیم الدین. ونظراً لتأثیر الأمر علی النشاط الجسدي، فإن تعلیم النشاط البدني الخفیف وتعلیم هذه النشاطات تساعد الصائم علی تعزیز قواه الجسدیة. لهذا، تسعی هذه الدراسة لبحث تأثیر هذا النوع من النشاط طیلة فترة الصیام وانعکاسه علی أمراض الدم والکیمیاء الحیویة لدی الریاضیین المسلمین.
منهجية البحث: اعتمدت الدراسة منهج المراجعة وراجعت في خطوتها الأولی المعلومات الواردة في مواقع بابمد، ومدلاین، وجوجل اسکولار، عبر البحث في کلمات مفتاحیة مثل الصیام في شهر رمضان، وأداء الصیام، وأمراض الدم، والکیمیاء الحیویة، وأداء الکلی، وحالة الترطیب، والدهون، والنشاطات الجسدیة، والریاضة. وفي الخطوة التالیة اختار الباحث المعلومات ذات الصلة، والمعلومات المرتبطة بمؤشرات الصحة (مثل علائم أمراض الدم، والکیمیاء الحیویة)، وتأثیرها علی أداء الریاضیین وتحلیلها في الخطوة الأخیرة. فإنّ مؤلف البحث لم یشیر إلی أيّ تضارب في المصالح.
المعطیات: اظهرت النتائج أنّ الصیام والنشاط الجسدي الخفیف یؤثر بشکل إیجابي علی مؤشرات وعلامات الصحة (مؤشرات أمراض الدم والکیمیاء الحیویة). وأنّ رفع مستویات الصحة مثل المستوی الطبیعي للمهوجلوبین في الدم، والهیماتوکریت، والکلیسترول الإیجابي، وتقلیص مستوی الدهون الثلاثیة، وخفض سکّر الدم، والأنسولین في المجموعة التجریبیة کان مشهوداً بقوّة. وهذا یشیر إلی تحسین أداء الدورة الدمویة وأنزیمات الکبد، وتقلّص الأمراض المزمنة ذات الصلة بالإستقلاب.
الاستنتاج: انّ التعریف بالطرق التي تساعد المسلم لرفع مستوی أداءه الجسدي والنشاط الجسدي الخفیف طیلة شهر رمضان والإستفادة الروحیة والدینیة من هذا الشهر، أمر بالغ الأهمیة. کما أنّ التأثیر الإیجابي للریاضات الجسدیة طوال الیوم خاصة تلك المتعلقة بؤشرات مثل المضادات الحیویة، وعلائم القلق والأکسدة في جسم الریاضیین أکثر ظهوراً وأکثر تأثیراً علی هؤلاء الأفراد. مع ذلك، یجب القیام بالمزید من الأبحاث والدراسات في هذا المجال للوصول إلی نتائج أکثر دقة وأکثر قطعیة حول تأثیر هذه الریاضات علی المدی الطویل علی الصائمین وعلی أداءهم الریاضي وصحة الریاضیین الجسدیة ومتسوی استعدادهم.
