تأثیر تعلیم مهارات الفکر الإیجابي علی الإجتهاد النفسي، والتعاطف مع الذات، والتصویر الجسدي لدی المصابین بمرض التصلّب المتعدد من منظور القرآن الکریم والتعالیم الإسلامیة

الملخص
خلفية البحث وأهدافه: یعدّ مرض التصلب اللویحي المتعدد أو ما یشار إلیه باختصار بـ M.S من أکثر الأمراض شیوعاً عند کبار السن. من أعراض هذا المرض تخریب بقع من المیالین وتعطیل جزئي للجهاز العصبي؛ ما یترك تأثیراً هائلاً علی نوعیة حیاة المریض. بناء علی ما سلف تسعی هذه المقالة دراسة تأثیر تعلیم مهارات الفکر الإیجابي علی الإجتهاد النفسي، والتعاطف مع الذات، والتصویر الجسدي لدی المصابین بمرض التصلّب اللویحي المتعدد من منظور القرآن الکریم والتعالیم الإسلامیة.
منهجية البحث: يعتمد هذا البحث على دراسة شبه تجريبية لمجموعة الاختبار القبلي والبعدي والمجموعة الضابطة مع مرحلة المتابعة. اشتمل المجتمع الاحصائي نُزلاء مستشفی میلاد في مدینة طهران من المصابین بمرض M.S لعام 2019 للمیلاد. وقام الباحثون في هذا المقال باختیار 40 مصاباً بصورة عشوائیة وقسّم هؤلاء الأفراد إلی مجموعتین. 20 مصاباً في المجموعة التجریبیة و 20 مصاباً في المجموعة الضابطة. أما المعطیات فقد جُمعت بناء علی قائمة المعلومات الدیمقرافیة واستبیان العلاقات متعددة الأبعاد المسماة "الذات/الجسد" واستبیان التعاطف مع الذات واستبیان الإجتهاد النفسي لمدینة الأهواز. کما خضعت المجموعتین إلی تعلیم مهارات التفکیر الإیجابي بالتأکید علی التعالیم القرآنیة والتعالیم الدینیة في عشرة حصص (جلستان في کل أسبوع وساعة واحدة لکل جلسة). وخضع المشارکون للإختبار بعد إنتهاء الدورة التدریبیة. أما تحلیل المعطیات فقد کان عبر المنهجیة الوصفیة ومنهجیة تحلیل واریانس. تمت مراعاة جمیع الموارد الأخلاقیة في هذا البحث وإضافة إلی ذلك فإن مؤلفي البحث لم یشیروا إلی أيّ تضارب في المصالح.
المعطیات: أثبتت النتائج أنّ الدورة التدریبیة لتعلیم التفکیر الإیجابي بالتأکید علی التعالیم الإسلامیة من شأنها أن تعزز المجهود الفردي وتزید من قدرة الفرد علی المثابرة وتساعده علی التعاطف مع الذات وقادرة علی مساعدة الفرد علی تجاوز العقبات. کما أشارت إلی أن معدل درجات التصویر الجسدي لکلا المجموعتین في مرحلة مابعد الإختبار تختلف إحتلافاً کبیراً مع ماقبلها (05/0>P) کما استمر هذا التأثیر في مرحلة تحلیل النتائج.
الاستنتاج: أثبتت لنا مخرجات الدراسة أنّ الدورة التدریبیة لتعلیم التفکیر الإیجابي والتأکید علی التعالیم الدینیة من شأنها أن تحسّن من حالة المصابین بمرض M.S. ولهذا یستطیع الباحثون ومعالجو مرض التصلب اللویحي المتعدد تحسین سلوك المصابین بهذا المرض ویرفعوا من معنویات من یعاني منه.
