رابطهی مؤلفههای معنویتگرایی با زندگی ارزشمحور در زنان مبتلا به روماتیسم مفصلی

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: معنویتگرایی یکی از متغیّرهایی است که با سلامت روانی و جسمی انسان مرتبط است و نقش بسیار مهم و مثبتی از نظر روانشناختی در مبتلایان به دردِ مزمن ناشی از بیماری دارد. در این پژوهش تأثیر و نقش این متغیّر در پیشبینی زندگی ارزشمحورِ مبتلایان به بیماری روماتیسم مفصلی بررسی شده است.
روش کار: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی است. برای دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش، 70 بیمار زن مبتلا به روماتیسم مفصلی به روش نمونهگیریِ هدفمند انتخاب شدند و از آنان خواسته شد تا به دو پرسشنامهی «سنجش نگرش معنوی» و «ارزشها در درد مزمن» پاسخ دهند. دادهها از طریق آزمون آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه تجزیه و تحلیل شد. در این پژوهش همهی مسائل اخلاقی رعایت شده است و نویسندگان مقاله هیچگونه تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که مؤلفهی توانایی معنوی 22 درصد از تغییرات زندگیهای ارزشمحور را پیشبینی کرد (0001/0p<).
نتیجهگیری: هنگامی که معنویتگرایی در رفتار فردِ مبتلا به درد مزمن نمود مییابد، در ارزشهای زندگی وی تأثیر بسیار مثبتی دارد، اما چنانچه معنویتگرایی تنها در حوزهی عقیدتی باشد، چنین تأثیری نخواهد داشت.
