الملخص
خلفية البحث وأهدافه: يعتبر الطلاب الجامعيين في المجتمع من بين طبقاته المختلفة حصيلة روحية وانسانية لصناعة مستقبل بلدهم. فإن الإهتمام بصحتهم النفسية والروحية والاجتماعية والثقافية والبدنية سيوفر الأرضية اللازمة لتحقيق الحياة النشيطة والسليمة في المجتمع في السنوات القادمة. كان الغرض من هذه الدراسة مدى تأثير تعليم مراقبة النفس مع رؤية التأمل الذاتي الإسلامي على ضبط النفس لدى طالبات جامعة طهران.
منهجية البحث: تم اجراء هذا البحث حسب منهج شبه التجريبي وبطريقة الإختبار القبلي والبعدي مع المجموعة الضابطة. اشتمل المجتمع الإحصائي كافة طلاب جامعة طهران الذين كانوا يدرسون في سنة 2016 حيث تم اختيار 30 طالبة بطريقة اخذ العينة المتاحة وتم تصنيفهن الى مجموعتي التجريبية والضابطة وذلك حسب العد العشوائي. تلقت المشاركات في المجموعة التجريبية ثماني جلسات (ساعة ونصف في كل جلسة) من برنامج تعليم مراقبة النفس مع نهج التأمل الذاتي الإسلامي على مدى 8 أسابيع. ومن أجل جمع البيانات تم استخدام استبيان "كوتفردسون" و"هيرشي" لضبط النفس. تم تحليل البيانات وتجزئتها باستخدام المنهج الاحصائي لتحليل التغاير. تمت مراعاة جميع الموارد الأخلاقية في هذا البحث واضافة الى هذا، فإن مؤلفي البحث لم يشيروا الى اي تضارب في المصالح.
الكشوفات: اظهرت الكشوفات أنه اكتسب الطالبات في المجموعة التجريبية في الاختبار البعدي على نسبة عالية من ضبط النفس مقارنة مع المجموعة الضابطة حیث تم التأكيد على فرضية الدراسة التي تبلغ عن فعالية تعليم مراقبة النفس مع رؤية التأمل الذاتي الإسلامي في ضبط النفس لدى طالبات جامعة طهران (01/0P>).
الاستنتاج: وفقا لنتائج الدراسة، إن المداخلة الدينية والروحية التي تقوم بشكل جماعي، تؤثر ايجابيا على القوة الداخلية وضبط النفس لدى الطالبات ويمكن استخدام هذه المداخلة في سبيل تحسين الموارد النفسية من أجل تعزيز ضبط النفس لدى الطلاب.
