اثربخشی آموزش مثبت‌نگری بر اساس آموزه‌های دینی بر مؤلفه‌های سرمایۀ روان‌شناختی (خودکارآمدی، خوش‌بینی، امیدواری و تاب‌آوری) دانش‌آموزان دختر دارای افکار خودکشی

چکیده

سابقه و هدف: افکار خودکشی از نوجوانی شروع می‌شود و در صورت ‌مداخله‌نکردن، به خودکشی منجر می‌شود. سرمایۀ روا‌ن‌شناختی از متغیّرهای مهم در این امر است که می‌توان با آموزش‌های روان‌شناختی آن را بهبود بخشید. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مثبت‌نگری بر اساس آموزه‌های دینی بر مؤلفه‌های سرمایۀ روان‌شناختی (خودکارآمدی، خوش‌بینی، امیدواری و تاب‌آوری) در دانش‌آموزان دختر دارای افکار خودکشی انجام شد.   

روش کار: این پژوهش کاربردی و از نظر روش، نیمه‌آزمایشی و از نوع پیش‌آزمون - پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعۀ آماری تمامی دانش‌آموزان دختر دورۀ متوسطۀ دوم شهر خرم‌آباد در سال تحصیلی 04-1403 بودند. نمونۀ‌ آماری شامل 30 نفر بود که از میان چهار مدرسه از کل مدارس دخترانۀ متوسطۀ دوم به‌روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی در گروه‌های آزمایش و گواه (هر گروه 15 نفر) قرار داده شدند. همۀ شرکت‌کنندگان پرسش‌نامۀ افکار خودکشی بک و همکاران را برای غربالگری و پرسش‌نامۀ سرمایۀ روان‌شناختی مک‌گی را به‌عنوان پیش‌آزمون تکمیل کردند. آزمودنی‌های گروه آزمایش مداخلۀ مثبت‌نگری بر اساس آموزه‌های دینی ملکی و گلندوز و سرداری را به‌مدت 10 جلسۀ 90 دقیقه‌ای، به‌صورت یک جلسه در هفته دریافت کردند. پس از پایان مداخله، اعضای گروه‌های آزمایش و گواه پرسش‌نامه سرمایۀ روان‌شناختی را به‌عنوان پس‌آزمون تکمیل کردند. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از شاخص‌های آمار استنباطی شامل تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیّری و تک‌متغیّر به دست آمد و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخۀ 26 تجزیه ‌و تحلیل شد. در این پژوهش همۀ اصول اخلاقی رعایت شده است و مؤلفان مقاله تضاد منافعی گزارش نکرده‌اند.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد آموزش مثبت­نگری بر اساس آموزه­های دینی بر مؤلفه‌های سرمایۀ روان‌شناختی تأثیر معناداری داشت (01/0>P). در سرمایۀ­ روان‌شناختی 65% از نمرات خودکارآمدی، 84% از نمرات امیدواری، 80% از نمرات تاب­آوری و 89% از نمرات خوش‌بینی تحت تأثیر آموزش مثبت‌نگری بر اساس آموزه­های دینی قرار داشت (01/0 >P).

نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، آموزش مثبت‌نگری بر اساس آموزه‌های دینی مداخله‌ای کارآمد برای بهبود سرمایۀ روان‌شناختی نوجوانان دختر است.
