نقش خوشبینی اسلامی و ذهنآگاهی در پیشبینی سازگاری در مدرسۀ دانشآموزان

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: توجه به عواملی که در سازگاری مدرسۀ دانشآموزان اثر دارد از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است و لزوم پرداختن به آن را برجستهتر میسازد. ازاینرو، مطالعۀ حاضر با هدف نقش خوشبینی اسلامی و ذهنآگاهی در سازگاری در مدرسۀ دانشآموزان انجام شد.
روش کار: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی – همبستگی بود. جامعۀ پژوهش تمامی دانشآموزان دختر و پسر مقطع متوسطۀ دوم شهر بیرجند در سال تحصیلی 03-1402 بودند که 120 نفر بهروش نمونهگیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامههای خوشبینی اسلامی نوری و سقای بیریا، ذهنآگاهی چادویک و سازگاری در مدرسۀ کلارک و همکاران بود. بهمنظور تحلیل دادهها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیّره با کمک نرمافزار SPSS نسخۀ 24 استفاده شد. در این پژوهش همۀ اصول اخلاقی رعایت شده است و مؤلفان مقاله تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد همبستگی بین خوشبینی اسلامی (571/0=r) و ذهنآگاهی (678/0=r) با سازگاری در مدرسه مثبت و معنیدار بود (01/0>P). همچنین مؤلفههای خوشبینی اسلامی 5/33% و مؤلفههای ذهنآگاهی 3/46% از واريانس سازگاری در مدرسه را تبيين کردند.
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای این پژوهش، افزایش خوشبینی اسلامی و ذهنآگاهی از عوامل مهم در بهبود سازگاری در مدرسۀ دانشآموزان محسوب میشود. بنابراین، لازم است در اجرای مداخلات و روشهای ارتقای سازگاری در مدرسۀ دانشآموزان به نقش حائز اهمیت خوشبینی اسلامی و ذهنآگاهی توجه شود.
