مقایسۀ اثربخشی درمان چندبُعدی معنوی خداسو با رویکرد اسلامی و شناختدرمانی مبتنی بر ایمنسازی بر سبک زندگی و اختلال خواب مادران کودکان مبتلا به اوتیسم

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: مادران دارای کودکان طیف اوتیسم روزانه با مشکلات روانی و اجتماعی زیادی روبهرو هستند که سبک زندگی و خواب آنان را دچار اختلال کرده و اندک پژوهشی به بررسی این مهم پرداخته است. بنابراین، هدف از این مطالعه مقایسۀ اثربخشی درمان چندبُعدی معنوی خداسو با رویکرد اسلامی و شناختدرمانی مبتنی بر ایمنسازی بر سبک زندگی و اختلال خواب مادران کودکان مبتلا به اوتیسم بود.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون - پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعۀ آماری تمامی مادران کودکان مبتلا به اوتیسم شهرهای شیراز و زاهدان در سال 1403 بودند که از میان آنان 60 نفر بهروش نمونهگیری دردسترس انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه مداخله و یک گروه گواه (هر گروه 20 نفر) جایگزین شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامۀ استاندارد اختلالات خواب لینچ و همکاران و پرسشنامۀ سبک زندگی لعلی و همکاران استفاده شد. گروه مداخلۀ اول، درمان چندبُعدی معنوی خداسو را طی 12 و گروه مداخلۀ دوم، شناختدرمانی مبتنی بر ایمنسازی را طی 10 جلسۀ 90 دقیقهای (هر هفته دو جلسه) بهصورت گروهی دریافت کردند. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمفزار SPSS نسخۀ 26 و آزمون کوواریانس، واریانس و آزمون تی انجام شد. در این پژوهش همۀ اصول اخلاقی رعایت شده است و مؤلفان مقاله تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: نتایج حاکی از این است که بین گروه مداخلۀ درمان چندبُعدی معنوی خداسو با رویکرد اسلامی، گروه مداخلۀ شناختدرمانی مبتنی بر ایمنسازی و گروه کنترل در پسآزمون متغیّر سبک زندگی (000/0P= و 07/10F=) و اختلالات خواب (005/0P= و 81/5F=) تفاوت معنیداری وجود داشت. همچنین اندازۀ اثر برای متغیّر سبک زندگی و اختلالات خواب در دو گروه مداخلۀ اول و دوم و گروه کنترل بهترتیب 82% و 9/63% بود.
نتیجهگیری: یافتههای مطالعۀ حاضر نشان داد گروه درمان چندبُعدی معنوی خداسو با رویکرد اسلامی نسبت به شناختدرمانی مبتنی بر ایمنسازی تأثیر بیشتری بر سبک زندگی و اختلالات خواب مادران دارای کودک اوتیسم داشت؛ بنابراین میتوان از آن بهعنوان روشی مؤثر بهره برد.
