ارتقای سلامت معنوی در دانشگاه نسل چهارم

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: توجه به سلامت معنوی در جامعه و شرایط تغییر و تحولات کنونی بهویژه در حوزههای فناوری و اتفاق سریع آن، حاصل برنامهریزی و عملکرد فرد است که به لحاظ نظری و عملی اهمیت بالایی دارد. ازاینرو، طرح این موضوع در حوزۀ آموزش عالی بهویژه در دانشگاه نسل چهارم اهمیت آن را دوچندان میکند. بنابراین، هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی شاخصهای سلامت معنوی و ارتقای آن در دانشگاه نسل چهارم بود.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر با هدف کاربردی و با رویکرد کیفی-دلفی انجام شد. جامعۀ پژوهش تمامی استادان شاخص در این حوزه بود که از میان آنان 15 خبرۀ دانشگاهی بهروش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. دادهها با مصاحبۀ عمیق نیمهساختاریافته گردآوری شد. روش تحلیل دادهها، تحلیل محتوا با استفاده از روش کدگذاری در سه سطح باز، محوری و انتخابی بود. اطلاعات بهدستآمده از مصاحبهها در قالب ابعاد، مؤلفهها و شاخصها طبقهبندی شد. برای اعتبارسنجی نیز از گروه کانونی شامل 9 نفر از متخصصان خبره در زمینۀ سلامت و نسلهای دانشگاهی استفاده شد. در این پژوهش همۀ موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است و مؤلفان مقاله تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بُعد بینش با مؤلفههای مفروضات بنیادین و شاخصهای ارتباط با خداوند و درک عالم هستی، دینداری و آگاهی و بُعد منش با مؤلفههای ارزشها، هنجارها و شاخصهای اخلاقمداری، خودآگاهی، امید و وجدانکاری و بُعد کُنش با مؤلفههای رفتارها، عملکردها و شاخصهای آموزش، هدفمندی، تأثیرگذاری در جامعه، مهارتمحور و روحیۀ کار گروهی از اهم موارد جهت ارتقای سلامت معنوی در دانشگاه نسل چهارم بود.
نتیجهگیری: توجه به یافتهها در حوزههای بینش، منش و کُنش از مهمترین الزامات بهمنظور ارتقای سلامت معنوی در دانشگاه نسل چهارم است که باید در کنار ویژگیهای دیگر این نسل دانشگاهی به آن توجه ویژه شود. نظر به انسانمحوربودن فعالیتهای دانشگاهی بهویژه در نسل چهارم، تربیتِ سرمایۀ انسانیِ سالم در همۀ ابعاد بهویژه بُعد معنوی در دانشگاه نسل چهارم که جامعه محور نیز است، اهمیت بسیار زیادی دارد.
