پیشبینی شدت علائم وسواس فکری-عملی بر اساس اضطراب کرونا و سبک زندگی اسلامی در زنان

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: بیماری وسواس و پیامدهای بهداشتی-اجتماعی آن یکی از پرهزینهترین مسائل جوامع در عصر حاضر است. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیشبینی علائم وسواس بر اساس اضطراب کرونا و سبک زندگی اسلامی در زنان انجام شد.
روش کار: روش این پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی است. از بین زنان مبتلا به اختلال وسواس مراجعهکننده به بخش روانپزشکی مرکز آموزشی-درمانی فارابی شهر کرمانشاه در سال 1399 با روش نمونهگیری دردسترس تعداد 200 نفر انتخاب شدند و مقیاس اضطراب کرونای علیپور و همکاران، مقیاس وسواسی-جبری هادگسون و راچمن و مقیاس سبک زندگی اسلامی کاویانی را تکمیل نمودند. تحلیل دادهها با روشهای آمار توصیفی، ماتریس همبستگی و رگرسیون سلسلهمراتبی انجام شد. در این پژوهش همۀ موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است و مؤلفان مقاله تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد شدت علائم وسواس با سبک زندگی اسلامی (61/0-=r و 004/0=P) و ابعاد آن همبستگی معکوس داشت (05/0>P). علائم روانی اضطراب کرونا (42/0=r و 001/0=P) و علائم جسمانی اضطراب کرونا (27/0=r و 015/0=P) با شدت علائم وسواس بهترتیب همبستگی مثبت نشان داد. همچنین، تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد اضطراب کرونا 20 درصد از واریانس شدت وسواس را پیشبینی کرده است. سبک زندگی اسلامی مستقل از متغیّر اضطراب کرونا توانست 6 درصد از واریانس شدت وسواس را پیشبینی کند.
نتیجهگیری: بهطور کلی نتایج نشان داد که میتوان از سبک زندگی اسلامی و کنترل اضطراب کرونا در جهت کاهش شدت علائم بیماران وسواس سود جست.
