اثرگذاری ذکرهای مذهبی در بهبود فشار روانی: مرور نظاممند

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: ذکرگویی یکی از روشهای قرآنی است که در مقابله با اضطراب مطرح است. در پژوهشهای متعددی به بررسی اثربخشی ذکر در کاهش فشار روانی انسان پرداخته شده است. فشار روانی یکی از بزرگترین مشکلات انسانها است که به فرسودگی، اضطراب، ضعف سیستم ایمنی و آسیب اندامها منجر میشود. ازاینرو هدف پژوهش حاضر جمعبندی تحلیلی و بررسی سیر تحقیقات مربوط به تأثیر ذکرهای مذهبی بر کاهش فشار روانی بود.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش سندی (کتابخانهای) و طرح مروری نظاممند انجام شده است. با جستوجو در پایگاههای ساینسدایرکت، پابمد، مگیران، اس.آی.دی، پروکوئست، اریک، سایکاینفو، اسپرینگر، ابسکو و نورمگز 39 مقاله به دست آمد که درنهایت 12 مطالعه ملاکهای لازم را داشت و وارد پژوهش شد. مؤلفان مقاله تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: مطالعات یافتشده با توجه به نمونۀ مطالعهشدۀ آنها در چهار دسته طبقهبندی و تحلیل شد: شهروندان (یک مطالعه)، کهنهسربازان با تجربۀ جنگ (شش مطالعه)، اعضای خانواده و مراقبان بیماران (چهار مطالعه) و بیماران مبتلا به ایدز (یک مطالعه). 11 مطالعه (92 درصد) بیانگر آن بود که تکرار ذکر در کاهش فشار روانی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری داشت. بیشتر تحقیقات نیز در ایالات متحده و دربارۀ کهنهسربازان صورت گرفته بود.
نتیجهگیری: برای انسان امروزی که با عوامل فشارزای متعددی احاطه شده است، ذکر میتواند یکی از راهبردهای مطمئن بهمنظور کسب آرامش باشد. توصیه میگردد پژوهشگران مطالعات مروری مشابهی را جهت بررسی اثربخشی ذکر بر دیگر مسائل روانشناختی انسان ازجمله افسردگی و پرخاشگری انجام دهند.
