نقش واسطهای هوش معنوی در ارتباط بین ویژگیهای شخصیت و موفقیت تحصیلی دانشجویان رشتۀ دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: شواهد حاکی از آن است که موفقیت تحصیلی نقش مهمی در بهروز نگهداشتن نوآوریهای فرهنگی و علمی ایفا کرده است و متغیّرهای مختلفی در موفقیت تحصیلی تأثیر دارد و آن را پیشبینی میکند. ازاینرو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطۀ بین ویژگیهای شخصیت با موفقیت تحصیلی دانشجویان رشتۀ دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران با نقش میانجی هوش معنوی انجام گرفته است.
روش کار: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش دانشجويان مقطع دکتری عمومی رشتۀ دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشكي تهران در سال تحصیلی 96-95 به تعداد 474 نفر بودند که از میان آنان بهطور تصادفی نمونهای به تعداد 214 نفر انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، پرسشنامۀ استاندارد بود که برای تعیین روایی آن از روایی محتوایی با استفاده از دیدگاه متخصصان علوم تربیتی بهره گرفته شد. میزان پایایی پرسشنامه با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامۀ هوش معنوی 0/85 و برای پرسشنامۀ ویژگیهای شخصیت 0/82 به دست آمد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها نیز در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شد. در این پژوهش همۀ موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است و مؤلفان مقاله تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد اثر مستقیم متغیّرهای روانرنجوری (0/29-)، گشودگی (0/35) و وظیفهشناسی (0/38) بر موفقیت تحصیلی معنادار بود (P<0/01). علاوهبراین، نتایج آزمون اثرات غیرمستقیم با استفاده از آزمون میانجی سوبل نیز نشان داد که اندازۀ اثر غیرمستقیم متغیّرهای روانرنجوری (2/22-)، سازگاری (2/90)، گشودگی (2/28) و وظیفهشناسی (3/13) بر موفقیت تحصیلی از طریق متغیّر میانجی هوش معنوی در سطح 95 درصد اطمینان، معنادار بود.
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای بهدستآمده، برای اینکه موفقیت تحصیلی دانشجویان افزایش یابد، باید به ویژگیهای شخصیت و هوش معنوی آنان توجه شود.
