تأثیر مداخلهی مذهبی - معنوی بر قدرت درونی زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: سرطان دارای جنبههای مختلف روانی - اجتماعی است که نیاز به استفاده از مداخلات مذهبی - معنوی مکمل در کنار مداخلات پزشکی در مراقبت از این بیماران را ضروری میسازد. ازاینرو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف نشان دادن تأثیر مداخلهی مذهبی - معنوی بر قدرت درونی زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه صورت گرفته است.
روش کار: این پژوهش مطالعهیی شبهتجربی با پیشآزمون و پسآزمون در سه گروه آزمایش، دارونما و کنترل است. از زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه که از مهر ماه سال 95 تا تیر ماه سال 96 به مرکز پرتودرمانی و شیمیدرمانی امید و درمانگاههای تخصصی شهر بندرعباس مراجعه کرده بودند، تعداد 41 نفر با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب؛ و بهصورت تصادفی در گروههای آزمایش (14 نفر)، دارونما (14 نفر) و کنترل (13 نفر) جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش طی ده جلسه مداخلهی مذهبی - معنوی و گروه دارونما طی ده جلسه آموزش خنثی دریافت کردند و گروه کنترل هیچ مداخلهیی دریافت نکردند. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامهی قدرت درونی و پرسشنامهی ویژگیهای جمعیتشناختی در مراحل پیشآزمون و پسآزمون جمعآوری؛ و با تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیّره با اندازهگیریهای مکرر تحلیل شد. در این پژوهش همهی مسائل اخلاقی رعایت شده است و نویسندگان مقاله هیچگونه تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان میدهد که بین گروه مداخله با گروه کنترل و دارونما در افزایش قدرت درونی کلی و خردهمقیاسهای تعهد، ارتباط، غم و اندوه و جستجو؛ و تحرک تفاوت معنیداری وجود داشت (05/0p<).
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، مداخلهی مذهبی - معنوی فردی که مکمل مراقبتهای پزشکی معمول در نظر گرفته میشود، تأثیر مثبتی بر قدرت درونی و خردهمقیاسهای آن در بیماران زن مبتلا به سرطان سینه داشت و میتوان از این مداخله برای بهبود منابع روانشناختی در درمان سرطان استفاده کرد.
