رابطهی جهتگیری مذهبی و هوش معنوی با خودتنظیمی هیجانی در زنان خشونتدیده در خانواده

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: يكي از بارزترين خشونتها در جامعهی امروزي خشونت عليه زنان است. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی پیشبینی خودتنظیمی هیجانی با تأکید بر جهتگیری مذهبی و هوش معنوی در زنان خشونت دیده انجام شد.
روش کار: این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعهی مورد مطالعه کلیهی زنان خشونتدیدهی شهر مشهد بودند که در سال 1393 به مراکز اقامتی اورژانس اجتماعی مراجعه کرده بودند و از بین آنان حجم نمونه به تعداد 70 نفر به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاس خودتنظیمی هیجانی، مقیاس جهتگیری مذهبی و مقیاس هوش معنوی بود. در این پژوهش همهی موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است و نویسندگان مقاله هیچگونه تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد بین هوش معنوی و جهتگیری مذهبی با خودتنظیمی هیجانی رابطهی معنیداری وجود داشت.
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج بهدستآمده، هر چه سطح هوش معنوی در افراد بالاتر باشد، خودتنظیمی هیجانی به نحو مطلوبتری انجام میشود و جهتگیری مذهبی درونی تأثیر مطلوبی بر خودتنظیمی هیجانی دارد. با توجه به یافتهها استنباط میشود که معنویت و تنظیم هیجانی میتواند عاملی مهم در سازگاری افراد در مقابل عوامل فشارزا باشد و مذهب پیشبینیکنندهی کاهش خودتنظیمی هیجانی نامطلوب در افراد است.
