بررسی ارتباط بین خودشفقتورزی و استرس کاری پرستاران بخشهای مراقبتهای ویژه

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: با توجه به وضعیت پراسترس حرفه پرستاری در بخشهای مراقبتهای ویژه، مؤلفههای مؤثر بر کاهش استرس کاری و بهبود بهداشت روانی پرستاران مهم به شمار میرود. از آنجا که خودشفقتورزی در ایجاد تعادل سلامت روانی افراد نقش دارد، لذا این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ارتباط خودشفقتورزی و استرس کاری پرستاران بخشهای مراقبتهای ویژه بیمارستانهای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان در سال 1399 انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: این پژوهش، مطالعه ای مقطعی از نوع توصیفی ـ همبستگی بود. تعداد 367 پرستار شاغل در تمامی بخشهای مراقبتهای ویژه بیمارستانهای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زنجان در سال 1399 به صورت تمام شماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گرد آوری دادهها پرسشنامه سه قسمتی اطلاعات جمعیتشناختی، پرسشنامههای خودشفقتورزی Neff و استرس کاری Gray-Toft and Anderson بود. دادهها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و از طریق نرمافزار SPPS 21 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بین خودشفقتورزی و استرس کاری در پرستاران بخشهای مراقبتهای ویژه با استفاده از آزمون ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن ارتباط معکوس و معنیدار وجود دارد (260/0-=r، 01/0P<). همچنین خودشفقتورزی در پرستاران در حد متوسط با میانگین نمره (51/0±03/3) و استرس کاری در پرستاران در حد بالا با میانگین نمره (82/16±38/103) بود.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: این مطالعه توسط کمیته اخلاق تأیید شده است. ملاحظات اخلاقی نظیر تکمیل فرم رضایت آگاهانه، مشارکت داوطلبانه، توضیح اهداف تحقیق و اطمینان در مورد محرمانهبودن اطلاعات رعایت گردید.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: با توجه به ارتباط معکوس خودشفقتورزی و استرس کاری، سیاستگذاران و مسؤولین پرستاری میتوانند از طریق آموزش و ارتقای خودشفقتورزی پرستاران، در جهت کاهش استرس کاری و بهبود عملکرد کاری آنان اقدام نمایند.
