Providing access as reviewer and specifying the reviewer’s areas of expertise

Note: This is normally done by the administrator of the website. After you have registered your name as user, the administrator can provide specific access for review using the electronic review section by introducing the reviewers to the program.

Assigning articles to reviewers and sending a respective electronic message

Note: This is normally done by the website administrator.

After the review settings and introducing the reviewers, the program director can provide the articles submitted for review to the respective specialized reviewer. At the same time, an email is sent to the reviewers informing them in this regard.

Checking the website and entering via username and password

In this stage, the reviewer has been selected as a potential reviewer of the submitted article. By entering his/her username and password, the reviewer can enter his/her personal profile and see a list of the articles sent to him/her. The list of articles includes:

1) A list of the new articles

The new articles include those recently added to the list of articles assigned to the reviewer. You can decline reviewing these articles or fill in the review form.

2) Incomplete reviews

Incomplete reviews include a list of the articles with incomplete review process. You can reexamine these articles or modify your comments in necessary.

3) Confirmed reviews

Because you have confirmed your comments on these articles, the program directors have taken your comments into account in selecting the articles. Therefore, confirmed articles have only been listed on this page for checking the review results (and not their modification).

Doing the review
