بررسی رابطهی هوش معنوی با صبر و استرس ادراک شده در دانشجویان

چکیده
سابقه و اهداف: پژوهش حاضر، رابطهی بین هوش معنوی و صبر و همچنین استرس ادراک شده را در بین دانشجویان دورهی کارشناسی دانشکدهی روانشناسی دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی بررسی میکند.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی اسـت؛ و برای انجام آن، 150 نفر از دانشجویان دانشکدهی روانشناسی و علوم تربیتی دانشگاه علامهی طباطبایی، بـه روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای این پژوهش از سه پرسشنامهی هوش معنوی عبدالهزاده؛ سنجش صبرِ حسینثابت؛ و همچنین استرس ادراک شدهی کوهن استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها هم از تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیری استفاده شد.
یافتهها: نتیجههای پژوهش نشان داد که بین هوش معنوی و صبر، رابطهی مثبت معنیدار(776/0) و همچنین بین هوش معنوی و استرس ادراک شـده، رابطهی منفی معنیدار(448/0-) وجود دارد.
نتیجهگیری: نتیجههای پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که بین هوش معنوی و صبر، رابطهی مثبت معنیداری وجود دارد، یعنی با افزایش هوش معنوی، میزان صبر بیشتری پیشبینی میشود. همچنین بین هوش معنوی و استرس ادراک شده، رابطهی منفی معنیدار وجود دارد، یعنی با افزایش هوش معنوی، استرس ادراک شدهی کمتری پیشبینی میشود.
