بررسی ارتباط بین نگرش مذهبی با سلامت روان در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز

چکیده
سابقه و اهداف: اختلالهای روانی در جوامع انسانی بسیار مشهود است و بسیاری از افراد در زندگی امکان ابتلا به ناراحتیهای روانی را دارند. ایمان، اعتقادهای مذهبی و نگرشهای توحیدی، عاملهایی هستند که میتوانند در امر درمان و پیشگیری از اختلالهای روانی به شکل مؤثری به کار برده شوند، هدف از مطالعهی حاضر، تعیین ارتباط بین نگرش مذهبی با سلامت روان دانشجویان میباشد.
مواد و روشها: مطالعهی توصیفی- تحلیلی حاضر به بررسی ارتباط بین نگرش مذهبی با سلامت روان دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز پرداخته است. نمونهگیری به روش تصادفی چند مرحلهیی صورت گرفت؛ ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامهی سلامت عمومی(GHQ-28) و پرسشنامهی نگرش مذهبی 25 سئوالی(گلریز- براهنی) بود. دادهها به نرم افزار SPSS نسخهی 19وارد و با استفاده از آزمونهای مجذور کای و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافتهها: از مجموع 300 نفر از افراد شرکتکننده در مطالعه، 4/31 درصد پسر و 6/68 درصد دختر بودند. میانگین سنی افراد 71/21سال بود. میانگین نمرهی نگرش مذهبی و سلامت عمومی شرکتکنندگان به ترتیب برابر با 73/39 و 1/22 بود. اختلال در سلامت عمومی دانشجویان با هیچ یک از متغیرهای دموگرافیک مورد مطالعه از نظر آماری رابطهی معنیداری نداشت(05/0<P). همچنین بین نمرهی سلامت عمومی و نگرش مذهبی ارتباط معنیداری به دست نیامد(05/0<P و 1/0r=).
نتیجهگیری: اعتقادهای مذهبی و نگرشهای توحیدی، عاملهایی هستند که میتوانند دیدگاه و درک افراد را از مشکلهای زندگی تغییر داده و در بسیاری از موارد راه عبور از آنها را آسانتر میکنند. در این پژوهش بین نگرشهای مذهبی با سلامت روان ارتباط معنیداری مشاهده نشد.
