بررسی رابطهی درک از خدا و رضایت از زندگی در دانشجویان دانشگاه شیراز

چکیده
سابقه و اهداف: رضایت از زندگی، یکی از مؤلفههای مهم کیفیت زندگی است. با توجه به اینکه درک از خدا میتواند نقش تعیینکنندهیی در دیدگاه فرد نسبت به زندگی داشته باشد، بنابراین هدف از این مطالعه بررسی رابطهی بین درک از خدا و رضایت از زندگی است.
مواد و روش ها: 125نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه شیراز با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری خوشهیی انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش عبارت بود از: پرسشنامهی «درک از خدای» لارنس (1997) و صادقی (1384)؛ و «رضایت از زندگی» داینر (1985).
يافته ها: یافتهها نشان میدهد که همبستگی مثبت بین رضایت از زندگی و درک از خدا وجود دارد. همچنین یافتهها نشان میدهد که مؤلفههای تأثیرگذاری، مشیّت الهی، حضور و چالش، رابطهی معناداری با متغیّر رضایت از زندگی دارند و متغیّرهای پذیرندگی و خیرخواهی رابطهی معناداری با متغیّر رضایت از زندگی نشان نمیدهند.
نتیجه گیري: ن بنابراین میتوان گفت با توجه به اینکه درک از خدا میتواند تعیینکنندهی دیدگاه فرد دربارهی جنبههای مختلف زندگی و دیدگاه او دربارهی نقش خداوند در اتفاقهای زندگیاش، باشد، میتواند بر رضایت از زندگی فرد، یعنی ارزیابی وی از رخدادهای زندگیاش تأثیر بگذارد. پس فرد میتواند این بودنها و بایدها را به خداوند نسبت دهد و به همین میزان تصور مثبت یا منفی را نسبت به خدا شکل دهد.
