الگوی مفهومی درمان اختلالات روانی از منظر قرآن کریم با محوریت ذکر و توجه نفس

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: اختلالات روانی در رویکردهای غالب روانشناسی عمدتاً بر اساس تبیینهای رفتاری، شناختی یا زیستی تعریف میشود، اما شواهد پژوهشی از نارساییهای قابل توجه در این رویکردها حکایت دارد. قرآن کریم بهعنوان منبع وحیانی و جامع، ظرفیت ارائۀ چارچوبی بنیادین را برای فهم اختلال و ترسیم الگوی درمانی دارد. هدف این پژوهش، تبیین جایگاه و نقش بنیادین ذکر و توجه نفس در نظریۀ آسیبشناسی و درمان اختلالات روانی از منظر قرآن کریم و ارائۀ الگوی مفهومی برای مداخلۀ بالینی بود.
روش کار: این مطالعۀ کیفی با رویکرد تحلیل محتوای متنی و بر اساس روشهای «تدبر قرآن به قرآن»، «تدبر سورهای» (با تمرکز ویژه بر سورۀ مبارکۀ قاف) و «تدبر کلمهای» انجام گرفت. دادهها از طریق بررسی همۀ آیات مرتبط با ذکر و توجه نفس و تحلیل روایات و منابع تفسیری گردآوری شد. تحلیل بر اساس کدگذاری و دستهبندی مفاهیم قرآنی صورت گرفت تا الگوی اختلال و نظام درمانی بر پایۀ سازههای قرآنی استخراج شود. در این پژوهش همۀ اصول اخلاقی رعایت شده است و مؤلفان مقاله تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که ذکر به معنای رویآوری آگاهانه به حقایق فطری و یاد خدا، سازهای بنیادین در سلامت روان است و توجه نفس بهعنوان جهتدهندۀ ادراک و رفتار، شرط تحقق ذکر به شمار میرود. اختلالات روانی از منظر قرآن ریشه در غفلت و اختلال در محور ذکر و توجه دارد. بر این اساس، الگوی درمانی قرآنی در چهار مرحله شکل گرفته است: نزول ذکر (یادآوری و بیدارسازی فطرت)، بیداری توجه (فعالسازی آگاهی درونی)، بازسازی ساختار روانی (اصلاح نگرشها و هیجانات) و تثبیت ذکر (پایداری در جهتگیری الهی). این الگو ضمن تمایز از درمانهای دینی - معنوی متعارف، ظرفیت تلفیق با مداخلات روانشناختی نوین مانند بهوشیاری را دارد.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: ذکر و توجه نفس، دو رکن بنیادین سلامت روان در قرآن هستند. اختلال در این دو رکن منشأ اصلی نابسامانیهای روانی و رفتاری معرفی میشود. الگوی پیشنهادی میتواند مبنای تدوین شیوهنامههای درمانی بومی در روانشناسی اسلامی قرار گیرد و راهی نوین برای ارتقای درمانهای روانشناختی فراهم آورد.
