رابطۀ عزتنفس و هوش معنوی با ترس از ازدواج در دانشجویان؛ نقش میانجی سرسختی روانشناختی

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: کشف چگونگی تعامل ساختارهای روانشناختی و تأثیر جمعی بر نگرشها نسبت به ازدواج در جامعۀ ما امری حیاتی به نظر میرسد و به شکاف قابل توجهی در روانشناسی و مشاورۀ زناشویی میپردازد. لذا مطالعۀ حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطۀ بین عزتنفس و هوش معنوی، با ترس از ازدواج در دانشجویان با میانجیگری سرسختی روانشناختی انجام شد.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی است. جامعۀ آماری، تمامی دانشجویان دختر و پسر دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد سردشت به تعداد 670 نفر بودند که 358 نفر از آنها به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از ابزارهای استانداردشدۀ عزتنفس روزنبرگ (1965)، هوش معنوی کینگ (2000)، سرسختی روانشناختی اهواز (2006) و ترس از ازدواج ریچارد (2007) استفاده شد. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها نیز با استفاده از آزمونهای همبستگی اسپیرمن و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری در نرمافزار SPSS و AMOS نسخة 24 انجام شد.
یافتهها: هم عزتنفس بر ترس از ازدواج اثر معکوس و معنادار داشت (β = -0.330, P < 0.001)، هم هوش معنوی (β = -0.210, P < 0.001) و هم سرسختی روانشناختی(β = -0.20, P < 0.001). اثر غیرمستقیم عزتنفس بر ترس از ازدواج، ازطریق سرسختی روانشناختی نیز معکوس و معنادار بود (β = -0.054, P < 0.001). اثر غیرمستقیم هوش معنوی بر ترس از ازدواج ازطریق سرسختی روانشناختی نیز منفی و معنادار بود (β = -0.062, P < 0.001).
نتیجهگیری: عزتنفس، هوش معنوی و سرسختی روانشناختی بهطور معناداری بر ترس از ازدواج تأثیر معکوس داشتند که این امر تأکیدی بر نقش کاهشی آنها در این پدیده است. بهطور خاص، مشخص شد که عزتنفس و هوش معنوی نهتنها بهطور مستقیم؛ بلکه بهطور غیرمستقیم ازطریق افزایش سرسختی روانشناختی، ترس از ازدواج را کاهش میدهند.
