رابطهی هوش معنوی با سلامت سازمانی معلمان ابتدایی و نقش واسطهای اخلاق اسلامی کار و سلامت معنوی

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: سازمانها موجودات زندهای تصور میشوند که دارای هویتی مستقل از اعضای خود هستند؛ این شخصیت و هویت میتواند سالم یا بیمار باشد. سازمانی که از سلامت برخوردار است، میتواند اثربخش عمل کند و رضایت کارکنان را فراهم آورد. بدین منظور پژوهش حاضر با هدف فهم رابطهی هوش معنوی با سلامت سازمانی معلمان ابتدایی و نقش واسطهای اخلاق اسلامی کار و سلامت معنوی انجام گرفت.
روش کار: روش پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی مبتنی بر مدل معادلات ساختاری است. جامعهی پژوهش، معلمان ابتدایی شهرستان اردبیل در سال تحصیلی 1402-1403 بودند. نمونهی مورد مطالعه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای بهتعداد 350 نفر انتخاب شد. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای استاندارد «اخلاق اسلامی کار» گلپور و نادی (1390)، «هوش معنوی» کینگ (2008)، «سلامت معنوی» پالوتیزین و آلیسون (1982) و «سلامت سازمانی» هوی و همکاران (1996) استفاده شده است. همچنین برای تحلیل یافتهها از روش مدل معادلات ساختاری و از نرمافزارهای SPSS و SMART PLS3 استفاده شد. در این پژوهش همهی موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است و مؤلفان مقاله تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد اخلاق اسلامی کار بر سلامت سازمانی (1/0> p و 78/0=β)، سلامت سازمانی و سلامت معنوی (1/0> P و 21/0=β)، هوش معنوی و اخلاق اسلامی (1/0> P و 96/0=β) و هوش معنوی بر سلامت معنوی (1/0> P و 77/0=β) اثر مستقیم مثبت و معناداری داشت. علاوهبر این، هوش معنوی ازطریق اخلاق اسلامی کار بر سلامت سازمانی (1/0> P و 76/0=β) اثر غیرمستقیم مثبت و معناداری داشت. همچنین هوش معنوی ازطریق سلامت معنوی بر سلامت سازمانی (1/0> P و 16/0=β) اثر غیرمستقیم مثبت و معناداری داشت.
نتیجهگیری: براساس یافتههای بهدستآمده، هرچقدر هوش معنوی معلمان بالاتر باشد و براساس اخلاق اسلامی رفتار کنند، به همان میزان سلامت سازمانی و سلامت معنوی معلمان بیشتر میشود. بنابراین هوش معنوی معلمان با نقش میانجی اخلاق اسلامی کار و سلامت معنوی میتواند بر سلامت سازمانی تأثیر بگذارد.
