پیشبینی پریشانی و سلامت روانشناختی براساس رفتارهای سلامتمحور دینی با میانجی بخشش

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: سلامت روانشناختی به افزایش بهزیستی، پیشگیری از مشکلات روانی و همچنین بازتوانی افرادی که با اختلالات روانی درگیر هستند، مربوط است. بنابراین، بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر سلامت روانشناختی و پیشگیری از پریشانی روانشناختی اهمیت دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیشبینی پریشانی و سلامت روانشناختی، براساس رفتارهای سلامتمحور دینی با میانجی بخشش انجام شده است.
روش کار: روش پژوهش حاضر مقطعی (توصیفی-همبستگی)، و جامعۀ آماری، شامل تمامی بزرگسالان شهر تهران در شش ماهۀ اول سال 1401 بود. نمونهی نهایی شامل ۲۹۶ نفر (۲۴۶ خانم و ۵۰ آقا) بود، که بهصورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامهها شامل پرسشنامۀ اطلاعات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامۀ رفتارهای ارتقادهندۀ سلامت دینی (بشارت و همکاران، 1394)، پرسشنامۀ سلامت روانشناختی (بشارت، 1388)، پرسشنامۀ پریشانی روانشناختی (لوویباند و همکاران، 1995) و پرسشنامۀ بخشش هارتلند (تامپسون و همکاران، 2005) بود. دادههای توصیفی با نرم افزار SPSS نسخۀ ۲۱ و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری، با نرمافزار AMOS نسخۀ ۲۱ انجام شد.
یافتهها: نتایج مدل معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که مدل ساختاری پیشنهادشده براساس فرضیههای تحقیق، از برازش مناسبی برخوردار است. رفتارهای سلامتمحور دینی، اثر مستقیم و معنیدار بر سلامت روانشناختی؛ و بخشش، اثر معکوس و معنیدار بر پریشانی روانشناختی دارد. همچنین، اثر بخشش بر سلامت روانشناختی مثبت و معنیدار شد. در نهایت، نقش میانجیگر بخشش در رابطة بین رفتارهای سلامتمحور دینی و سلامت روانشناختی تأیید شد.
نتیجهگیری: یافتههای این پژوهش نشان داد که رفتارهای سلامتمحور دینی با میانجی بخشش میتوانند سلامت و پریشانی روانشناختی را پیشبینی کنند. بنابراین، لازم است در اجرای مداخلات و روشهای کاهش پریشانی روانشناختی و ارتقای سلامت روانشناختی، به نقش حائز اهمیت رفتارهای سلامتمحور دینی و بخشش توجه شود.
