بررسی نقش نحوۀ گذران اوقات فراغت ورزشی در سبک زندگی اسلامی دانشآموزان دختر

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: جوامعی که در اندیشۀ بهبود وضع موجود و تدارک آیندۀ بهتر برای خود هستند توجه به اوقات فراغت را بهویژه در گروه سنی نوجوانان دانشآموز سرلوحۀ کار خود قرار میدهند؛ زیرا این افراد سرشار از انرژی، با استعدادهای بالقوه و آیندهسازان جامعه شناخته میشوند. بنابراین، هیچ جامعۀ سالمی نمیتواند نسبت به زمان آزاد اعضایش بیتفاوت باشد؛ درصورتیکه این بیتوجهی گاه در جامعۀ ما وجود دارد و با توجه به اینکه در جامعۀ جهانی بررسی رفتارهای افراد جامعه بهویژه رفتارهای بهداشتی و سبک زندگی آنان امری ضروری است، این امر در جامعۀ ما مغفول مانده است. ازاینرو، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش نحوۀ گذران اوقات فراغت ورزشی در سبک زندگی اسلامی دانشآموزان دختر بود.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی است. جامعۀ آماری شامل دانشآموزان دختر متوسطۀ شهر مشهد بود (6740 N=) که حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان به تعداد 348 نفر محاسبه شد. برای جمعآوری اطلاعات از دو پرسشنامۀ نحوۀ گذران اوقات فراغت ورزشی برزگر و همکاران و پرسشنامۀ سبک زندگی معنویتگرای واکر استفاده شد. استادان دانشگاه روایی ابزار را تأیید کردند و پایایی پرسشنامهها بهترتیب 77/0 و 83/0 به دست آمد. در این پژوهش همۀ موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است و مؤلفان تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که نحوۀ گذران اوقات فراغت ورزشی و مؤلفههای آن اهمیت بالایی نزد دانشآموزان دارد. علاوهبراین، رابطۀ مثبت و معناداری بین نحوۀ گذران اوقات فراغت ورزشی و مؤلفههای آن با سبک زندگی اسلامی دانشآموزان در فعالیتهای ورزشی-تفریحی برقرار بود. همچنین بر اساس نتایج، 21 درصد از تغییرات سبک زندگی اسلامی مربوط به مؤلفههای نحوۀ گذران اوقات فراغت ورزشی بود.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نقش مثبتی که نحوۀ گذران اوقات فراغت ورزشی میتواند در سبک زندگی اسلامی دانشآموزان داشته باشد، انتظار میرود با انجام این مهم، دانشآموزان در ادامۀ مسیر تکامل، کمترین آسیبهای جسمانی، روانی و شناختی را تجربه کنند.
