پیشبینی رضایت از زندگی بر اساس نگرش و التزام عملی به نماز در دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه فرهنگیان تبریز

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: مفهوم رضایت از زندگی طی دو دهۀ گذشته توجه زیادی را به خود جلب کرده است. رضایت از زندگی بهمعنای داشتن نگرشی مطلوب نسبت به زندگی خود بهعنوان یک کل است. هدف مطالعۀ حاضر پیشبینی رضایت از زندگی بر اساس نگرش و التزام عملی به نماز در دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان تبریز بود.
روش کار: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعۀ آماری تمامی دانشجویان دختر متأهل دانشگاه فرهنگیان تبریز بود که در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 مشغول به تحصیل بودند و با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند 101 نفر از آنان انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامۀ نگرش و التزام عملی به نماز انیسی و همکاران و مقیاس رضایت از زندگی دینر و همکاران جمعآوری شد. در این پژوهش همۀ موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است و مؤلفان مقاله تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که نگرش و التزام عملی به نماز با رضایت از زندگی همبستگی معنادار داشت (326/0=r). نتایج رگرسیون نیز نشان داد که نگرش و التزام عملی به نماز پیشبینیکنندۀ رضایت از زندگی بود (458/0=β). همچنین از بین متغیّرها اثربخشی نماز در زندگی فردی و اجتماعی (414/0=β) و مراقبت و حضور قلب در نماز (338/0=β) بهصورت معناداری رضایت از زندگی را پیشبینی کرد.
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای بهدستآمده میتوان گفت نگرش و التزام عملی نقش معناداری در پیشبینی رضایت از زندگی دارد.
