رابطۀ دینداری با سلامت روان زندانیان در شرف آزادی در زندانهای کرمان و یزد

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: با وجود تحقیقات صورتگرفته که نشان میدهد زمینههای مذهبی سازگاری زندانیان را با زندان تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد، نقش تمرکز مذهبی زندانها بر سلامت روانی زندانیان همچنان مبهم و ناشناخته است. بر این اساس، در پژوهش حاضر به بررسی رابطۀ دینداری با سلامت روان زندانیان در شرف آزادی در استانهای کرمان و یزد پرداخته شده است.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی است و جامعۀ آماری شامل 743 نفر از زندانیان در شرف آزادی در زندانهای دو استان کرمان و یزد بود که بهشیوۀ تمامشماری به بررسی آنان پرداخته شد. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامههای استاندارد سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ و دینداری گلاک و استارک جمعآوری و با آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیّره با روش گامبهگام تجزیه و تحلیل شد. در این پژوهش همۀ موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است و مؤلف مقاله تضاد منافعی گزارش نکرده است.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد اگرچه زندانیان در شرف آزادی سلامت روان پایینی داشتند، اما میزان دینداری آنان در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار داشت. همبستگی بین ابعاد دینداری و سلامت روان زندانیان نشان داد که با افزایش میزان دینداری در ابعاد اعتقادی و عاطفی، اختلال در کارکرد اجتماعی و با افزایش میزان دینداری در بُعد مناسکی میزان اضطراب آنان کاهش یافت. نتایج ناشی از رگرسیون خطی نیز نشان داد که ابعاد مناسکی، عاطفی و اعتقادی دینداری اثر پیشبینی بیشتری بر سلامت روان زندانیان داشت.
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای بهدستآمده میتوان گفت که بین بُعد اعتقادی دینداری و سلامت روان زندانیان در شرف آزادی رابطۀ مثبتی وجود دارد که اهمیت پرداختن به این بُعد را در برنامههای فرهنگی زندان خاطر نشان میکند.
