همبستگی مدیریت معنوی با نوآوری و عملکرد سازمانی پرستاران

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: مدیریت معنوی یکی از سبکهای مدیریتی بومی و الهامگرفته از تمدن ایرانی و اسلامی است که از دیرباز به آن بسیار توجه شده است. از سوی دیگر عملکرد سازمانی و نوآوری سازمانی نیز از متغیّرهای سازمانی محسوب میشود. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطۀ مدیریت معنوی با نوآوری و عملکرد سازمانی پرستاران انجام گرفته است.
روش کار: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی-همبستگی است. جامعۀ آماری شامل تمامی پرستاران شهر خوی بهتعداد 500 نفر بود که مطابق با جدول مورگان و با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری طبقهای تعداد 217 نفر نمونۀ پژوهش در نظر گرفته شدند. ابزارهای استفادهشده در پژوهش پرسشنامههای مدیریت معنوی بوداقی، عملکرد سازمانی هرسی و گلداسمیت و نوآوری سازمانی ونگ و احمد بود. متخصصان مربوط روایی پرسشنامهها را تأیید کردند و پایایی پرسشنامهها نیز از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بهترتیب برابر با 94/0، 89/0 و 89/0 به دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیّره استفاده شد. در این پژوهش همۀ موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است و مؤلف مقاله تضاد منافعی گزارش نکرده است.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بین بُعد ساختاری (175/0= rو 007/0=P) و رفتاری (460/0=r و 001/0=P) مدیریت معنوی با عملکرد سازمانی و همچنین بین بُعد ساختاری (455/0= r و 001/0=P)، رفتاری (628/0= rو 001/0=P) و زمینهای (297/0= rو 001/0=P) مدیریت معنوی با نوآوری سازمانی رابطه وجود داشت. علاوهبراین، بین مدیریت معنوی و نوآوری سازمانی (520/0= rو 001/0=P) و همچنین مدیریت معنوی و عملکرد سازمانی (282/0= r و 001/0=P) نیز رابطۀ معناداری وجود داشت و مدیریت معنوی توانست 27 درصد تغییرات مؤلفۀ نوآوری سازمانی (001/0=P) و 8 درصد تغییرات مربوط به مؤلفۀ عملکرد سازمانی (001/0=P) را پیشبینی کند.
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای بهدستآمده میتوان گفت توجه به مدیریت معنوی در بیمارستانها و مراکز درمانی میتواند در بهبود عملکرد سازمانی و همچنین تقویت نوآوری سازمانی اهمیت داشته باشد.
