نقش سبکهای ابراز هیجان و سبکهای مقابلهی مذهبی در گرایش به اعتیاد دانشجویان

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: با توجه به روند رو به افزایش اعتیاد، بررسی عوامل زمینهساز و تداومگر آن به منظور اتخاذ تصمیمهای مناسب در جهت مبارزه با اعتیاد و کاهش آسیبهای فردی، خانوادگی و اجتماعی آن ضروری است. ازاینرو، پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی نقش ابعاد سبکهای ابراز هیجان و مقابلهی مذهبی در میزان گرایش دانشجویان به اعتیاد انجام شد.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعهی آماری شامل کلیهی دانشجویان خوابگاهی دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 بود. تعداد کل جامعه بیش از 2000 نفر بود که از بین آنها نمونهی 200 نفری به دلیل دسترسی نداشتن به تعداد جامعه، به روش نمونهگیری دردسترس انتخاب شد. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از مقیاسهای ابرازگری هیجانی، آمادگی به اعتیاد و مقابلهی مذهبی پارگامنت استفاده شد. در نهایت دادههای جمعآوری شده با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون تجزیه و تحلیل شد. در این پژوهش همهی موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است و نویسندگان مقاله هیچگونه تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین سبکهای ابراز هیجان به جز سبک صمیمیت با گرایش به اعتیاد دانشجویان همبستگی منفی معنیداری وجود داشت. همچنین بین سبک مقابلهی مذهبی مثبت و گرایش به اعتیاد در دانشجویان نیز همبستگی منفی؛ و بین سبک مقابلهی مذهبی منفی و گرایش به اعتیاد در دانشجویان همبستگی مثبت و معنیداری وجود داشت. نتایج حاصل از رگرسیون نیز نشان داد که سبکهای ابراز هیجان و مقابلهی مذهبی پیشبینیکنندههای خوبی برای آمادگی به اعتیاد در دانشجویان به شمار میآیند.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر همسو با دیگر پژوهشهای انجام شده نشان میدهد که سبکهای ابراز هیجان و مقابلهی مذهبی میتواند سهمی مهم در گرایش و آمادگی دانشجویان به اعتیاد داشته باشد. بنابراین باید اقدامات پیشگیرانه در این زمینه صورت گیرد.
