بررسی رابطهی بین معنویت در محیط کار و سلامت سازمانی کارکنان؛ مرور نظاممند

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: ﺑﯿﻦ معنویت در محیط کار با ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ اﺑﻌﺎد ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ (روابط بین فردی کارکنان و ﺗﻌﻬﺪ شغلی) رابطهی مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. هدف اصلی در این مطالعه بررسی رابطهی بین معنویت در محیط کار و سلامت سازمانی بود.
روش کار: این پژوهش با جستجو در پایگاههای اطلاعاتی ساینس دایرکت، مگیران، پاب مد، گوگل اسکولار، اس.آی.دی، پرو گوئست و جستجوگر گوگل با استفاده از کلیدواژههای معنویت در محیط کار، سلامت سازمانی، اخلاق اسلامی، مدیریت منابع انسانی و بهداشت روانی در اسلام در فاصلهی زمانی بین سالهای 2000 تا 2018 صورت گرفت. در مجموع 35 مقالهی داخلی و خارجی انتخاب شد و با مرور نظاممند رابطهی بین معنویت در محیط کار و سلامت سازمانی بررسی شد. نویسندگان مقاله هیچگونه تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: مرور مطالعات مختلف نشان داد وجه مشترک معنویت در محیط کار و سلامت سازمانی کار معنادار، احساس همبستگی و همسویی با ارزشهای سازمان، درستکاری، تعهد و مسؤلیتپذیری است.
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج بهدستآمده از این مطالعه، ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ اﺑﻌﺎد ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻣﻌﻨﻮﯾﺖ در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﮐﺎر سلامت سازمانی کارکنان نیز افزایش مییابد. بنابراین با تلفیق و یکپارچه ساختن کار و زندگی معنوی افراد میتوان به ارتقای عمکلرد آنان به منظور استفادهی بهینه از کارکنان سازمان کمک نمود.
