پیشبینی احساس تنهایی در مردان سالمند شهر کرمانشاه بر اساس شفقت به خود، معنویت و سبک زندگی اسلامی

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: با توجه به رشد سریع جمعیت سالمندان در قرن 21 بهویژه در کشورهای در حال توسعه، توجه به برآوردهکردن نیازهای جسمانی و روانی سالمندان ضروری است. ازاینرو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیشبینی احساس تنهایی بر اساس شفقت به خود، معنویت و سبک زندگی اسلامی صورت گرفته است.
روش کار: این پژوهش مطالعهیی توصیفی - مقطعی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعهی آماری آن شامل کلیهی سالمندان مرد شهر کرمانشاه است که 280 نفر از آنان (280=n) با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامههای احساس تنهایی، شفقت به خود (SCS)، بهزیستی معنوی (SWBS) و سبک زندگی اسلامی (ILST) را تکمیل کردند. دادهها با روشهای آمار توصیفی و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون تحلیل شد. در این پژوهش همهی موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است. علاوهبراین، نویسندگان مقاله هیچگونه تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: بر اساس یافتهها، قدر مطلق ضرایب همبستگی در دامنهیی بین 56/0- تا 70/0- قرار داشت و احساس تنهایی با شفقت به خود، معنویت و سبک زندگی اسلامی رابطهی منفی و معنادار نشان داد (05/0>P). همچنین، تحلیل دادهها با روش رگرسیون همزمان نشان داد که متغیّرهای پیشبین با هم، 59 درصد از واریانس احساس تنهایی را پیشبینی کردند.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده میتوان گفت کسانی که شفقت به خود، سبک زندگی اسلامی و گرایش معنوی بالاتری دارند، از شاخصهای سلامت بهتری برخوردارند.
