مقایسهی سلامت معنوی، سرسختی خانواده و رضایتمندی از خانواده در افراد معتاد و غیرمعتاد

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: معنویت و خانواده دو سازهی مهم در تبیین آسیبهای روانشناختی و اجتماعی محسوب میشود. هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسهی سلامت معنوی، سرسختی خانواده و رضایتمندی از خانواده در افراد معتاد و غیرمعتاد است.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع علّی - مقایسهیی و جامعهی آماری آن شامل کلیهی معتادان مرد شهرستان دهدشت در سال 1394 است. در این پژوهش 70 معتاد به شیوهی نمونهگیری خوشهیی تصادفی و 70 غیرمعتاد که از نظر ویژگیهای جمعیتشناختی با گروه معتاد همتاسازی شده بودند به شیوهی نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامهی سلامت معنوی، شاخص سرسختی خانواده و پرسشنامهی رضایتمندی خانواده پاسخ دادند. دادههای جمعآوری شده نیز به شیوهی تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیّری (MANOVA) تحلیل شد. در این پژوهش همهی مسائل اخلاقی رعایت شده است و نویسندگان مقاله هیچگونه تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد بین دو گروه معتاد و غیرمعتاد تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت و نمرهی افراد معتاد در هر سه متغیّر سلامت معنوی (سلامت مذهبی و سلامت وجودی)، سرسختی خانواده، و رضایتمندی از خانواده به طور معناداری از گروه مقابل کمتر بود (001/0P<).
نتیجهگیری: ميتوان نتيجه گرفت كه افراد معتاد از نظر سلامت معنوی، سرسختی خانواده و رضایت از خانواده در وضعيت بدتري نسبت به افراد غیرمعتاد قرار دارند. بهعلاوه، در درمان اعتیاد میتوان این مؤلفهها را در برنامههای درمانی گنجاند و به عنوان اهرم درمانی به کار بست.
