رابطهی بین جهتگیری مذهبی با مؤلفههای هوش هیجانی در دانشجویان دانشکدهی پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: جهتگیری مذهبی (درونی و بیرونی) يكي از عوامل تأثيرگذار بر رفتار و شناخت است و نقش تعیینکنندهیی در مؤلفههای هوش هیجانی دارد. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطهی بین جهتگیری مذهبی با مؤلفههای هوش هیجانی در دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی است.
روش کار: این پژوهش توصیفی ازنوع همبستگی است. جامعهی آماری آن را همهی دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی در سال تحصیلی 94 - 95 تشکیل میدهد. روش نمونهگیری بهصورت تصادفی ساده بود. بدینصورت که نمونهیی به حجم 63 نفر (32 دختر و 31 پسر) از دانشجویان در حال تحصیل از میان همهی دانشجویان دانشکدهی پزشکی انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامهی جهتگیری مذهبی آلپورت (ROS) و پرسشنامهی هوش هیجانی بار-آن (EQ – I) بود. دادهها نیز با استفاده از روشهای آماری توصیفی (میانگین و انحرافاستاندارد) و تحلیل رگرسیون بررسی شد. در این پژوهش همهی موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است. علاوهبراین، نویسندگان مقاله هیچگونه تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: 51 درصد از نمونههای پژوهش زن و 49 درصد از آنان مرد بودند؛ 7/31 درصد در گروه سنی 18 تا 20 سال، 4/52 درصد 21 تا 23 سال و 9/15 درصد در گروه سنی 24 تا 29 سال قرار داشتند. همچنین 7/93 درصد از افراد نمونه مجرد و 3/6 درصد نیز متأهل بودند. یافتههای پژوهش بیانگر این است که جهتگیری مذهبی بیرونی و درونی بر مؤلفههای هوش هیجانی در سطح 5 درصد تأثیر معناداری دارد. علاوهبراین، جهتگیری مذهبی دانشجویان توانايي پيشبيني 19 درصد از مؤلفههای هوش هیجانی را دارد.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان میدهد که جهتگیری مذهبی میتواند نقش مؤثری در پیشبینی هوش هیجانی دانشجویان ایفا کند. دانشجویانی که جهتگیری مذهبی بالایی دارند، دارای انعطافپذیری، تحمل استرس و شادکامی بالایی نیز هستند و در موقعیتهای اجتماعی مسؤلیتپذیری بالایی دارند.استناد مقاله به این صورت است:
